Terrell Hvac & Air Conditioning

I decided to have Terrell Heat & Air replace my 25 year old a/c unit after my local hardware store recommended them. Great customer service, great price. Reliable. Would definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.

The people at Terrell Heating and Air are great to work with. The owner of the company, Jimmy, is very nice and always anxious to make sure that everything is done perfectly and on time.

I have been a customer for over twenty years. Jim has replaced two units for me that were hit by lightning. Employees are courteous and knowledgeable. I have recommended him to friends and neighbors.

On May 4th, Jim Terrell installed a YORK 3 TON unit with Evaporator Coil.

Today, Jonathan of Cool Masters came to perform Preventive Maintenance on all my units.

Jonathan found the following defects:
1. A 3 ton unit was installed when the original unit was a 2 1/2 unit.
2. The evaporator coil should have had a "piston" or "TXV Valve" installed and it was not.
3. Jim put too much freon in one of my units.

THE SOLUTION:
1. I have to either get a brand new unit or new ductwork to accommodate the higher degree of air flow from the larger a/c unit.
2. Since I can't afford a new unit and Jim Terrell is not refunding my money or returning my calls, I have to install a TXV valve that will help subdue the higher rate of air flow.
3. I have to pay for excavation of the extra freon that Jim put in one of my a/c units so that it runs more efficiently.
