We installed an EMC home security system this spring. From the sales person to the installer, the quality and service were excellent! Our WI-FI was down recently and we received a prompt phone call... from EMC asking the status to assure that our system was functioning. We have had zero problems with the system and are confident we made the right choice in selecting EMC over other competitors in the area. Recently switched from ADT and very satisfied with EMC. Technician was excellent, the system works perfectly.
I have had EMC Security service for a year now. Anytime I've had to call, it's been handled promptly. I set my alarm to "instant" every night before I go to bed. Sometimes, I have forgotten to turn it off before walking out of the bedroom and it's set the alarm off. Let me just say that is a painful way to wake up! Within 30 seconds EVERY TIME i have done this, I get a call to see if everything is alright. I always respond "yes, it is my monthly dummy test and I passed!" I did this twice in one month, and then about once each month for the following two. They have been great and as long as they continue to be, I will NEVER switch companies. The installer was good too, never had any problems and apparently everything works! I never worry when I'm out of town!

We recently purchased a new home and evaluated a bunch of security monitoring providers. EMC was the best one we spoke with. We described the system our new home came with and our phone service. They offered to come out and meet with us that week. The other providers were giving us the run around on if their systems would be compatible with our system. Our EMC rep was on time, knowledgeable, and helpful. We've already set off our alarm a couple times (thanks to our 6 year old son) and EMC called us within 60 seconds. Great response time!
Switched from other provider and are so far very happy with EMC Service. Friendly personnel and good value for the money. Most attractive is the "no contract" clause.
We changed from ADT when they had a price increase. Installer was able to use existing equipment and repaired damaged equipment. Great service for the $ and love quarterly billing and NO CONTRACT!
My wife and I were away from home at a doctor's appointment when alerted via cell phone by an EMC dispatcher that our smoke detector went off. EMC immediately dispatched the Cobb County Fire Dept, and had to break in the front door and put out a smoldering pan on the stove that my wife had forgotten about before we left the house. We were very fortunate that they arrived before a fire started in our kitchen, and there was no smoke damage, but just enough to trip the alarm. By the time we got home, the fire dept had everything under control and had averted a near catastrophe....thanks to EMC's quick response. For this we are very grateful to them and the fire dept. We have been with EMC for a little over three years and I wouldn't trade them for the world. Their equipment, technicians, response system and dispatch team are second to none within this area. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is the market for a home security system. Thank you EMC!!

Have been with EMC for 2 years now and have been very happy with their service. They routinely call to remind me to do a test call with them to make sure everything is connecting the way it should. As long as things continue the way they are, I have no desire to go elsewhere.
I had a service visit today for a minor issue that occurred after some workmen moved one of my door alarms to paint. My problem was taken care of quickly and efficiently, but of even more value to me, and well worth the $75 service fee, was the information given to me by Albert S. He took me step by step through some of the features of my system that I had been under using. He was pleasant, professional, patient, thorough and a great instructor. I can't say enough good things about him. Albert is a great asset to EMC.
EMC is like no other. Their employees are professional, their service is consistent and they understand the value of a customer better than any competitor in their industry. In fact, I made the decision to become an EMC Security customer 10+ years ago based on a single statement from the company President, "We chose not to follow the industry practice of fix term service agreements, so to remind our employees that we are only 30 days from losing a customer from a negative experience". Well, this strategy has served them well. I am not only a security customer, I recently expanded my EMC services to include a home theatre. I feel very fortunate to have such a committed partner taking care of my family.

I switched to EMC security, after my contract ended with another local alarm company that requires a contract. I wanted a company that had a name I could trust. I have no problem recommending emc security. There Alarm center is always with in seconds of my alarm sounding they are calling and vary professional . I give them an A ++++++
I was "stuck" with ADT for 3 yrs. due to signing a contract. The day my contract expired I booted them to the curb and call EMC. They were able to come out within 2 days and switch out my system. All it cost me was $35 fee, and $16.95 a month with NO CONTRACT!!! They were able to use my existing equipment which was great. And I told them that I was covered for another month under ADT since I had paid in advance, so they said they would go ahead and give me their services for FREE for 6 weeks! I am so happy that I switched. They offered the exact same services that I had with ADT but at a rate of $32 LESS a month! And the $16.95 is just added on to my Walton EMC bill each month. The service technician was great. So helpful, answered all my questions and didn't seem rushed at all. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know before he left. Am I glad I switched?? A definite YES!
We have had EMC Security for about a year now without any problems or concerns. Their response to any alert is rapid. Gives us great peace of mind being able to monitor our system on our phones while we are away.
EMC Security Walks the walk when it comes to Customer service. We had an issue and they took care of everything no extra cost to us! They had a customer is right attitude and made us completely satisfied! Best security system and monitoring in GA!

I've been a customer for nearly 3 years. I've been happy with the service, the price, the response time and the technicians. I switched to wireless in January. It cost $200 for the communicator. I had some service issues for 6 months. A technician came on 7/8. He told me my system board was fried due to a storm in June. It was going to cost nearly $400 to upgrade the board and 3 keypads. Feeling frustrated, I vented on Kudzu on 7/18. I spent $200 to convert to wireless and paid for service for the last six months, but the system wasn't reliable. Now, I might spend an additional $400. James Collins at EMC replied to my posting. I called on 7/30 and we spoke. He understood my frustration and he wanted to make sure I was happy. He explained to me the situation and the probable causes of issues with the wireless service. He told me that I may not need to upgrade the system board and three keypads. That possibly, I would only need to replace the board. He wanted to send out another technician to check the wireless communicator and the system board. Chris arrived on 8/1. He inspected the system and replaced the board. I didn't need to upgrade board and keypads. It didn't cost $400. I followed up with James on 8/3. We spent 30 minutes on the phone reviewing my system. EMC doesn't take its customers for granted. They listen and do their best to make the customer happy. They can't make everyone happy, but they sure try,
