Pine Straw Depot

Wilbur and crew delivered pine straw to my house this morning within the 1 hour window scheduled. They trenched and created pine straw beds that previously did not exist. The resulting landscape is fantastic and it was installed, edged, and fluffed so much more quickly than I could have done it myself! The price was great better than Home Depot/Lowes plus Pine Straw Depot installs the pine straw at a better price than any landscaper I could find, and I was searching high and low for the best rates. They were in and out in under an hour. Wilbur was professional and personable. Don't waste your time continuing to search for someone to do the job better or cheaper. They don't exist. Use this company! I will definitely do business with them again in the future!...

Product is fine, the same quality as anywhere else. Customer service is really bad. Had delivery truck damage my driveway wall two years ago. I reported it to the company, nobody gave me a return call. I had to call them. They wanted another chance I decided OK. Incident on 3/15/13: Was very clear when ordering, that I did not want driver to back down my driveway. Driver insists on backing down the drive, is rude and drives off without delivering the pinestraw. I had to call the company, they did not call me. They defended the driver and insinuated that I was not tellling the true story.

Bundles are a bit 'light' in size/weight in comparison to what I get from my landscaper, but the staff is great and they deliver on time. When I want to place the straw myself, I will use them in the future.

This is the 2nd year we've used Pine Straw Depot -- the office service is great -- Gwen had a record of how many bales I used last year making it easier to order. And the crew is fabulous! I give this company 5 stars!
