We contacted RUDY for carpet work after our friend used him, who had used him based on another friend's reccomendation and he did not dissappoint. GREAT prices, great service and awesome to deal with!!

I contacted Rudy based on a reference from my friend and did check his kudzu ratings too prior to calling him. Rudy was very flexible in accommodating my time schedule right from day one when I called for a quote. He know what he is doing and provides accurate details for all our questions. He did the flooring for my entire 2800 sq ft home - 5" reengineered wood on main level prefinished hardwood for entire upstairs and solid oak hand finished wood for stairs.The work also included removing 3 inch hardwood from some rooms in main level. We had a situation where there were concerns on the reengineered planks and its finish. Rudy didn't hesitate to blow the whistle and he stopped the work for 2 days, removed all the planks which he thought had issues, brought the company representative to do a site inspection and ensured that everything is correct in writing. He also was able to get replacement for the defective items working with company representative.He went above and beyond working over the weekend to finish the work on time as my move date was fixed. I will recommend professionals like Rudy in a heart beat. Great work at reasonable price.

Rudy and his crew did a wonderful job on refinishing our wood floors and removing carpet on the main floor and stairs and replacing them with wood to match the existing floors. Rudy took the time to show us 4 different stains to pick from. There were a few minor touch ups that needed to be done and he came back right away and corrected them. I picked Rudy from other clients reviews, not knowing anyone personally who had use him and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their wood floors refinished!

A great experience from the time I first spoke to Rudi - he was very accurate in his estimation, the installation was meticulous and efficient, and when I had an issue with a couple of defective boards Rudi replaced them with no questions asked.
It was refreshing to enjoy such impressive customer service and skill with Atlanta Floor One.

Floor One responded quickly to my initial inquiry by coming to my house the same day to take measurements for installing hard wood floors. I received a reasonable, competitive estimate the next day, and the work was scheduled as soon as the flooring arrived. Floor One took great care moving the furniture and installed the floors quickly and efficiently. The end product is beautiful. I would definitely use them again!
