I don't usually write reviews but I had a great experience with Aladdin. Rob was extremely thorough and professional. In fact, he kept our original proposal that was made the year before so we didn't have to redo anything. The installers were friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable and with all of the energy rebates and tax deductions (as well as the lifetime guarantee) I found it to be a great deal. I would recommend Aladdin to anyone. I selected Aladdin based on one of my customer's recommendations. Being in the service industry, (Allgood Plumbing), my expectations are very high. My first contact with Aladdin was Rob McGeehen. Very informative, thorough, and a consummate professional. Rob was who I "bought". I have trained hundreds of service technicians and it is a breath of fresh air to encounter someone who truly understands service and value. My install was done in a timely manner by a professional two man crew. Clean up and inspection were properly covered as well as warranty information. Believe the "Hype", this company is solid. We have never experienced such wonderful custormer service! We used Aladdin for insulation, windows, a new front door with sidelights, siding and paint so there were many opportunities to disappoint us, but that NEVER happened! The products they sell are supurb, the installations are on time, clean, and top notch! Customer satisfaction is their #1 priority, and we could not have been any more satisfied! We will call

We chose this company based on the reviews online but we have been a little disappointed.. The communication with this company is just okay, if you want to know what is going on, you have to continually follow up with them throughout the process. The sales guy assured me the windows would be installed a certain way so that we would never have to paint again, unfortunately this was not able to happen. The installer was unable to put them in the way the sales guy told me, even though he came to the house beforehand as well to do the measurement. I would be less disappointed if I had been told that up front and if they had communicated well with me throughout the process. To their credit they have been back out to try find a solution. I just had higher expectations based on all the five star reviews.
