On a Sunday afternoon in February we had a small DIY project go terribly wrong, with a cracked pipe within a 2nd floor bathroom wall. The first plumber we called said it would be 4-6 hours before they could get to our home. The second call was to Adam at Plumb Xpress, who said he'd be here within an hour and was true to his word. He fixed the pipe promptly and was nothing but professional at all times. Since then we've had Kevin to the house to repair a leaky stop valve, and Adam & Tommy to repair the main water line coming into the house. Everyone we've dealt with at Plumb Xpress has been great and accommodating, and all of the work was priced very reasonably. While we hope our water issues are behind us, we definitely know who we'll be calling if needed again. Highly recommended!

I had an active pin hole copper leak. 2 techs came out & repaired the leak within two hours of me placing the initial call. I advised the tech of my suspected problem during the initial call. They explained the pricing, went to get the needed part, repaired the leak, did a thorough job of explaining the cause of the leak, and made a decent attempt to cleaned up after the repair was complete. The only issue I had was the price to access the leak by cutting the ceiling ($99) in additional to the cost of repair. However, the price was explained in advance of repair and I authorized. Overall satified with service and quick response time.

I have never had such a wonderful experience with any service company. From the young lady answering the phone to the service tech - they were totally professional,courteous knowledgeable and attentive to my problem. Also the price was great. I will tell all my family and friends about Jeff ( the plumber) and Plumb Xpress!!!!

Really good work for the price. Paint match was noticeable and sanded grout used with tile in bath when the replaced it but overall it's never going to be perfect but this was close.

Plumb Xpress is the BEST, HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, DEPENDABLE plumber company I have ever met. I had a busted water heater and try to make a claim and it was a complete disaster. Plumb Xpress sent technician, Jeff, out for our emergency and he was here first thing!!! I was WILLING to pay out of pocket because the work was EXCELLENT, FAST, AND DEPENDABLE. Jeff is KNOWLEDGEABLE, THOROUGH, DEPENDABLE, HONEST, AND WON'T TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND PLUMB XPRESS TO ANYONE. OFFICE STAFF-KRISTIN WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH MY CLAIM. I WILL CALL PLUMB XPRESS PLUMBING FOR ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS. WISH THEY DID OTHER FIX IT STUFF. MY PLUMBER FOR LIFE!!!
