My Audi service experience has been the best service experience in my car purchasing years ever! The short version is that we connected with Nikki online before arriving to ask about a few A6’s that were online. After arriving from Savannah, test-driving 3, we settled on one we wanted to offer on. We negotiated with Nikki Basista (Masud Wiggins- sales manager) and settled on a price the following morning on the phone. We were on our way and literally pulling into the dealership an hour and a half after accepting and settling on a price only to get a call from Nikki to say – oops, sorry the car sold. We were upset and she was very dismissive about the whole thing – putting the blame on us for not giving a deposit when we were NEVER asked to give one. We left extremely unhappy about not getting the car, upset with her lack of professionalism – and most upset when I find today online and by calling the dealership that the car NEVER sold. I can’t imaging any sort of excuse that could come of this –and I am sure Nikki is not a total reflection of your dealership, but the fact that she seems to speak before actually knowing the details – ie quoting wrong financing, prices, etc she might need a little more training. I would stay away from Nikki Basista and Masud Wiggins if you go to this dealership!
I've dealt with many car dealerships in my lifetime of buying cars, but I have never been as satisfied with the over all dealership experience as I have with Jim Ellis VW. I bought my first VW Jetta in Oct 2005 from Terry Fryer. When I bought the new 2012 Passat, Sept 17, 2011, I had 292,000 miles on the Jetta. What a GREAT Car!. From the service dept to the parts dept to the sales reps, I have had nothing but GREAT service from all of them. They have treated me with respect and given me nothing but good customer satisfaction every time I walk in the door. My 2012 TDI/SEL Passat is the most luxurious, well equipped car I have ever owned and has given me nothing but pleasure to drive, in the short time I've owned it. I hope it will continue to be as good to me as the Jetta was. Good customer satisfaction, there's nothing like it and Jim Ellis VW has it to offer. Service Adviser Ken Stamps was outstanding as usual, and is the main reason I keep returning to Jim Ellis Audi of Atlanta for service (even though your dealership is 50 miles away and not the closest dealership to me). Ken is professional, courteous, and treats customers with respect. He always explains service actions in a way that any layperson can understand, and is extremely accommodating and flexible. I have very high service standards and Ken never fails to meet and exceed those on every visit.
