A caring, family owned nail place
Mom and I have been going to see Lyn since she and her brother, Johnny, opened. They know their customers and their preferences. They cater to a varied clientele and care about everyone. I'm especially touched by their concern and attention to the older folks that need their help and special attention. Even my husband is willing to go to this nail place and actually likes it.
Love these folks.

Great Value in the neighborhood
I have been going here for several years, and am quite pleased. They are very courteous, and I can always get an appointment on a last minute basis. Tina is fabulous with pedicures; she knows what is going on with your toes, and she just does a fabulous pedicure. They are very reasonably priced..just try them!

Mediocre experience
I tried this place because it's close to home and I'm searching for a new nail 'home.' Bleh. I paid extra for a 'spa' mani/pedi and there was nothing 'spa' about it. There were 2 ladies working on me (1 for hands, 1 for toes). Neither one of them ever smiled or asked how I was or exhibited any customer service skills whatsoever; they seemed rushed and anxious to be done with me and go home. The mani/pedi was just so-so; the polish looks fine, but the rest of it including the massage (especially the hand/arm) was short and boring. Especially given that the lady next to me was getting an arm and shoulder rubdown (which she said she didn't pay extra for), I felt cheated. The 'spa' chair barely worked (when I told her I couldn't feel anything, she practically yelled at me that "it's working!,") and the leather was all cracked and broken. All in all, a merely functional experience and I won't be back.

Terrible!
Customer service is alway TERRIBLE. The first time I went my nails look like I got them done by a person who's in school and it's their first time doing them. I waited a year later and the lady rushed through filing my nails down and started putting the acrylic on and you can see right threw them so you seen where the previous nail ended. When I asked the lady to redo it before she went any further she got mad, stopped doing my nails then she sat somewhere else with her arms folded and a frown on her face. So I left. It was very unperfessional and the manager didn't even ask me what happened or try to fix it. I'd rather take my money else where!

If you don't have an appointment, stay away.
I have stopped by this place at least 4 times over the last 3 months . . I have my car detailed next door so this would be a good use of my time. They have NEVER been able to take me. But always says to wait and it will be 10 minutes, but they are never able to make it happen. I have acrylic nails and a pedicure every 2 weeks, so it is their loss.
