Unfinished work, no call back bad rating with BBB
If you are desperate enough to use this company owned by Dan Ward then I suggest not paying until you are completely satisfied that the work is done to industry standards and you have it in writing. He never finished the job and refuses to answer. Here we go attorney general and small claims
