Electrical pros proposed and installed a solution in my basement. Their rates were reasonable and the service was quick and easy. Debbie is always sweet on the phone as well!

Electrical Pro's is a family Electrician group who dedicates their work on good service, professionalism, and punctuality. Three jobs were completed by Electrical Pro's for me at my home. Each time they arrived on time, worked efficiently, listened to my concerns, completed the job efficiently, and gave a very reasonable price. We asked Electrical Pros to do our recessed lighting project. They showed up on time, worked hard for nearly 8 hours, cleaned up, and left us with beautiful lighting. When we had an issue with a dimmer switch it was fixed immediately, no questions asked, and with a smile. I will definitely do business with this company again and would recommend them to a friend.

Dear Ms Bergin: Since there were multiple problems and a lot of technical issues with this job, as well as a lot of necessary work to rectify some of the problems with the arc fault breakers,we have had our Manager give you a call and set up to finish the work(which hasn't been charged), now that the ceiling fan that was ordered is in. We realize these things can be very frustrating and hope to rectify the situation tomorrow at our visit. We appreciate your business and look forward to our visit tomorrow!
Power went out in my home suddenly. Power co told me to check main breaker and said id need to get electrician to fix if it was defective. I called electrical pros and as promised they showed up 30 minutes later. Turns out the main contact wires just needed cleaning and my power was back on for the long holiday weekend. Saved me a long outage trying to get a hard to find breaker. Pricing was explained to me up front when i initially called. I will certainly use this company again.

The company will charge you a $49.50 dispatch fee or a $129.50 fee, the latter of which includes the dispatch fee and a safety inspection, and they ask for a credit card number up front. These guys lack any transparency in pricing and exaggerate the complexity of the job to justify high prices. They gave us a fee for the entire job and when asked to itemize the cost for each part of the job, the technician, replied "we don't do that". Well, how can I then evaluate the fairness of the pricing? When the tech puffed that they would "rework" 3 circuits to justify the price quoted, when pressed, admitted that this meant just replacing 3 light switches, which takes about 15 minutes each, involves tightening wires around 3 screws on a part that cost 89 cents. At the price quoted, which approached $1,000, suggested outlandish fees for the work. Likewise a fee for a new outlet was buried in a lump sum 2nd proposal, and he refused to give a specific price for this job. My attitude is to pay a fair price, but with these guys, you will have difficulty finding what that price is. They will find other things to fix, quote a blanket price, and hide the details of their pricing.

Around 6 pm one day last week, we realized there was a serious problem with our circuit breaker box - it was hot and producing an ominous odor. I called The Electrical Pros on recommendation of a friend, and was told someone would come in an hour. An hour later, they arrived. Good sign right there. The circuit board was melting and would soon have caught fire. They gave a written estimate for replacing the board which was in an awkward location due to old renovation, told us how to remain safe that night, came back the next morning,and finished that afternoon. Cost unchanged. In addition, they had cleaned up completely, had checked everything out throughout the house as evidenced by appliances turned back on, clocks reset; they even labeled the circuits which hadn't been done before. These guys really know their stuff and are completely professional in every way. I sure wouldn't use anyone else now.

I am so blessed to have found Electrical Pros in my internet search for an electrician. I was so nervous that someone would try to rip me off, but the tech who came out was very respectful. He did not try to make assumptions and guess of what he thought the problem was until he was sure. And, he was patient with all my questions. I will certainly recommend them to our neighbors, family and friends. Additionally, the customer service on the front end was stellar as well.

My problem was with outside lighting. Trying to help the small guy I used two different handymen without success. Jerry and his son diagnosed and repaired several problems the same day at a reasonable rate. My wife and I own a small company and know the value of good customer service. I will use them again and refer them to my family & friends.
