I used APM to go from ITP to OTP and they did a great job. Jerry, my coordinator, was helpful and easy to reach. He gave me information on pricing and tips on keeping my costs down, even explained how to unplug my new washer without getting water everywhere. I love that he called me to follow up on my experience after the move. Calvin and crew arrived early and got right to work. They told me to sit back and relax and let them take care of it - and they did! We walked through the spaces to see where I wanted all my furniture and that's where they put it. While they noted that due to wrapping, it takes longer on the front end of the move to get everything onto the truck, they had all my items (along with 39 boxes!) on the truck in 1.5 hours -- and I live in a 1000 sq. ft. space full of furntiure! While dissassembling my bed, Calvin found a valuable missing sapphire necklace on the bedframe. He was the only one in the room and called me in to give it back to me. In this day and age, it was delightfully shocking to have someone be that trustworthy. From that point on, I knew they would take care of my stuff. When they started unloading, they were still moving fast. When I asked them to move my dryer back out of the laundry room for a mintue so I could fix something behind it, they were happy to help --- no eye rolling or sighs. They completed my move in 3.5 hours - without any damage to my furniture. I will definitely use APM for my next move and recommend them.
