I had a problem with my kitchen faucet, and Tim was able to fix the problem. He was quick and efficient in his work, and thoroughly explained everything he did. I would definitely recommend Tim and Atlantis Plumbing!

First time that I needed a plumber in the 12 years I've owned my house. Called Atlantis Plumbing based upon Kudzu reviews. Had an "urgent" (very small leaks) repair need and a couple "fix-it whenever" repair needs. Mike T. was at my house the next day - replaced a bunch of corroded copper AND completed the non-urgent repairs - for LESS than the original estimate, even though there was more copper that needed replacing than originally thought. ABSOLUTELY will use Atlantis again and will recommend to everyone. Awesome, honest, plumbers.

I've had issues with roots growing into cracked pipes underneath house for years. Today, Atlantis took care of what needed to have been done years ago but I put off due to hassle, stress and expense (drilling in thru my closet to get underneath slab to pipes) Worked with Herman last few times and he proved to be a life saver again today. Herman and crew made a painful experience pretty painless. The problem was exactly what they expected and they repaired it in no time. Would highly recommend them. Sundial was going to charge me $3,000 more to do the same job that Atlantis did today. I got the best service and value and would use this crew for any future plumbing needs. They gave me my peace of mind back.

I had a good experience so I would recommend this company to someone else.
1. The Estimate was free
2. Initial contact with their representative was on par. He was quick & confident! He was calm. He knew what he was talking about & he was willing to compete with anyone who said they could do it better or cheaper. I got a second opinion on my plumbing problem & chose this company because I was sold on their representative & understood skill level. They did price match! I felt good about choosing them because I believed they would do the job well.
3. I had a busted polybutylene <( Bad Severe Internal problems. Lawsuit) pipe & after they rerouted & replaced it with a Polyethylene pipe Management allowed their water heater rep. Jeff to graciously repair an extra clogging & pressure problem I had in the pipes for the water heater. Jeff cut & partially replaced the pipe in less than 30 minutes. He was awesome! Management wanted me to be satisfied. They did not charge me extra, but certainly could have Reggie, James, Jeff, & Atlantis Management were a rare delight. I am a bit type A, These folks were knowledgeable, truly kind, & efficient. They contacted the proper city utility companies to ensure no damage to other underground lines…If you need a little faith to help choose the right plumbing company, give Atlantis plumbing a call....
