Daffy Ducts

I recommend Daffy Ducts with much enthusiasm for any customer wishing to complete that area of home maintenance work in which we all procrastinate - duct cleaning!

From the first time I spoke with Matt on the telephone to the final resolution, Daffy Ducts acted as a professional organization in every aspect of its commitment to me as a customer. The duo that came to my home to perform the work arrived on time and exhibited an efficient and effective effort to clean our home and thus eliminate much dust from the air content in the home.

One unfortunate event, however, did occur when one of the workmen attempted to clean a soiled area near a vent adjacent to a faux painted wall. My consultation on the matter with Matt resulted in a substantial credit on the final bill that more than offset my cost of repainting the affected area. Matt dealt with this matter swiftly, professionally and with aplomb.

I will not wait so long to get my ducts cleaned in the future (Matt recommended no more than 3 years.) and when I do I know that I will call on "Daffy Ducts" to do the work!

The folks that did the cleaning were very thorough and and cleaned up after themselves very well. I saw a before/after pics of one of the ducts and you could see the difference! Thanks to those Daffy folks.

I would highly reoommend Daffy Ducts to clean your HVAC ducts. They were on time and very reasonable on price. They did a thorough job and even cleaned up any debri around their work area. After the job was done, they lowered a camera in the duct work to show me how clean they were.

I recently had my air ducts cleaned by Daffy Ducts. The two technicians went over and beyond to make sure that the job was completed in a timely manner. The lead tech (Amber) showed me pictures of how my vents were before and after. I have to admit that it was a job well done and I know that my family is breathing cleaner air. I would recommend them to others.

My experience with Daffy Ducts was great honestly. This was my first home so I am very new to all the things that come with home ownership. After speaking with the owner "Matt", he was very friendly and personable, down to earth but professional. He made it so his technicians could fit in my schedule. After my first conversation I could tell that he was knowledgable in the service that his company provides. I got a great deal as I compared with a few other companies providing the same service and Daffy Ducts had the best price easily.
The work men/women came to my house on time and were very courteous and respectful. The lead tech made sure I knew what they were doing and how they were going to do it. When I asked questions about my property they were able answer them and at the same time educating me. This was all completed in a reasonable time. In the end we had a walkthrough review so that they made sure that I checked their work at every duct in the house and furnace, they even took pictures.
