Licensed Criminals, plain and simple
It's a wonder this company is still in business with all the bad reviews it's gotten. I called Rooter Plus to give me a free estimate at my rental property for a broken sewer pipe leading into the county's sewer pipe. The pipe was located over a creek at the back of my property. Chris came out, looked at it and said that they would probably have to dig up my backyard from the creek to the house, which is the better part of an acre, replace the whole sewer line and that it was going to be a couple of thousand and that I needed to get it fixed quick or the county would fine me heavily. He said he would come out the next day with his boss and call me with a true estimate of the job. My tenant calls me the next afternoon and tells me the county is at my property along with Chris, the plumber. Long story short, Chris blew the whistle on me to the county to try and intimidate me to give Rooter Plus the job immediately. He even encouraged the county workers to fine me while they were on the property. The county techs told me all this and they said the pipe was not as bad as Chris was making it to be and they refused to fine me. The estimate given by Rooter Plus? $5,800. I almost told him to shove that! I got another plumber that did the job for $1,200 without all the damage to my property. I am a teacher and I know plenty of people and parents in the metro area and I will spread the word about the shady practices of this company. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING

Our technician recommended that your entire line be replaced due to the environmental hazards imposed to the creek on your property. Our intention was not to "blow the whistle" as you say. The job required a permit and permits are acquired through the county in which you reside. Special measure must be taken to protect any body of water especially when a sewer line is broken within it. Our quote was to replace your line from the house to the creek with 4" cast iron piping with no joints, install 2 clean outs for maintenance access, permit, and provide river stone to prevent soil erosion at the bank of the creek. As licensed plumbers we must adhere to plumbing code and protect our waterways from raw sewage. If you were able to hire another licensed plumber to do the same job with the proper permits and same warranty for less than we quoted that is great. Timely and Friendly Service
My bathtubs and toilets were backing up, so I called Rooter Plus to see if I could get same-day service. They were the only one of four septic tank services that could guarantee they would come out that day. The customer service rep was very polite and gave me a two-hour window for service.

The technicians arrived right on time, located the septic tank, and promptly began their work. The price they quoted me from the beginning did not go up as the work progressed. Both guys were very friendly and honest about the work needing done. They also made recommendations about how to avoid the same problems in the future. Overall, I was pleased with their professionalism and the work they did.

Would I get Rooter Plus to come back out? You bet!!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK.
Terrible customer service. They backed in their backhoe on a trailer then could not back it out. They caused extensive damage to several parts of the driveway and ruined the landscaping bordering said driveway. They dropped sludge and left it for the owner to clean up as well. No apology, not a single word was said and they drove off. I called several times as I was the one who contracted them and they refused to call and speak to me. Instead they called the owner who did not contract them. The cost was almost twice what I was "quoted" on the phone.

Above and beyond
What started out as a simple septic tank drain turned into a two day project. George and Allen did then job with quality despite the fact that their boss was more concerned about the quantity of jobs they were getting done. Several times I overheard their boss calling to ask when they were going to finish the job and move on to the next one. For this reason, I have to give 4 stars.

Terrible service and overcharged!
would never use this company again! Overcharged and charged too much for everything! First install was terrible and more costly than quoted!

Saved us on a Sunday
Eric and Andy came out on time, worked on a serious septic issue and did a great job getting our plumbing system back working. They explained what needed to be done and did it while being courteous and hard working.
