Fantastic job!!

I can't say enough good things about Dave and his crew. We hired them to install new hardwood floors and resurface existing ones to match. As well as install wrought iron balusters in our front foyer. You can't even tell where the old floor stops and the new one begins! For such a dirty and dusty job, they did an amazing job cleaning up, so the rest of our house didn't suffer. They were more than patient with us in picking a stain color that would be perfect, arrived everyday on time and the crew was very professional. Dave was on site nearly everyday checking in on the progress and making sure everything was going well. We couldn't have hired a better company! It was money VERY well spent!

I love it when we get to really transform the look in a home with a flooring makeover. You had a lot of tile that we had to remove, which is never an easy undertaking. We even found some extra subfloor layers that needed to be removed in order to allow the new hardwood flooring to blend in with your existing. I think your color selection was the perfect choice. We are so glad you are happy with your new hardwoods and iron balusters. I think your home looks fantastic, and I hope you enjoy it for many years to come.

Repeat customer

I love working with Concept Flooring. This is the second time I have used them to replace my floors in 2 different houses. I will never call another flooring company. Jeff and his team are the best!

Quality Service

Concept Flooring recently installed hardwood flooring in our home. The experience was wonderful. Dave came out and took the time to match the new flooring with our old flooring. We didn't feel rushed and could tell that Dave wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. We were given a time line of when the flooring would be delivered and installed. We DID NOT have to sit around waiting for someone to show up. Dave was always prompt and so was his crew. We are extremely happy with our flooring and the entire experience of working with the people at Concept Flooring! We highly recommend this company!

It was a pleasure to work with you on your flooring project. I always enjoy the transformation when we remove carpet on a staircase and install hardwood treads. We were able to prefinish the steps to match your new flooring before we installed them so that you wouldn't miss any time on the new floors. Excellent Carpet Company

We have used Concept Flooring on two separate occasions and fully intend to to do so again! I can't speak enough great words about the customer service as well as the quality of product and installation. They have been a pleasure to do business with. We look forward to working with Concept Flooring again and will continue to highly recommend them to friends.

Highly Recommend!

From initial estimate appointment with Dave until Juan and his crew arrived to complete demo and install, the service was impeccable. We could not have been more pleased with how our hardwood floors look -- and the project only took one day. I would hire Concept Flooring again and will be telling all our friends!

Your decision to remove the engineered wood and carpet on the main floor and install a new solid hardwood floor throughout turned out great! It really opened up your whole main level and all the rooms look larger with it being all hardwood. It was quite a transformation.

Another great job!

This is the second time we have used Concept Flooring to replace old carpeting and install new hardwoods in our home. Dave and his crew were wonderful to work with and the end results couldn't be any better. We will be using them again for another upcoming project.

Always fun to come back and do another project and see how everything evolves. Glad we could get those squeaks fixed for you and extend the hardwoods from the hallway right into your master. It really opened things up. What a super cool runner you selected too. Unique and classy, and the black/tan colors work great with both your paint, hardwood, and black iron spindles. You have great taste!
