The repairman was on time, polite and very efficient. He also had a fix for a problem I told him about.

the Casteel Zone
I have worked as an installer of a successful closet organization and was recognized for my customer service and communication skills. Sean and Daniel exceeded expectations; both were going beyond the what Chris Michel laid out as the design of the job. These two met every challenge head on and followed through as true professionals. That is not always easy. I know, because I'm picky. I left them unattended, and knew the job was being very well done I am now cool and efficient, and so are they. Thanks for a great job....

Wish I had received the bad news ahead of time.
Work Order Number: 72117
Name: Justin Yoon
I had three units in my house. Top fan kept running even on off position so I called for service. Told I needed new circuit board. Was also told if I had purchased a Service Agreement it would be cheaper. So I did. After replacing the unit was able to turn on and off but wasn't cooling as before. Was charged additional money to clean the outside AC coils because it was too dirty to clean with just water. More problems were being discovered as time went by. I had spent $1150 towards the end and later I was told that there was a leak with a bad txv, which meant it would of been better if I had just replaced the entire AC unit in the first place. My serviceman Terry Rigdon appeared very knowledgeable and helpful and tried his best to do everything he can to help me. Having been in a sales and service industry myself I understand that certain problems cannot be found unless prior problems have been repaired, but at the end I was disappointed with their offer to just refund $155 if I had replaced my AC unit through them.

Awesome experience with Casteel.
Joe and Bryan were very professional, offered superb service. and seemed very knowledgeable of the product they were installing. I am hopeful, that the product just installed (Trane) will give me many years of service as the unit replaced. Troy G. 0072484

I own a home and a rental property. After trying many other providers we found Casteel. That are the best!

Always professional and personal
I have lived in Marietta for 7 years. When you move to a new community, it is tough to find people you can trust. Casteel installed a new heating and cooling system. They worked very hard to get it done right and on schedule. They have been back several times for maintenance and they always do well.
