Best in Town
Casteel does an excellent job. They are very professional, they stay until the work is complete, they follow up, they perform extensive bi-annual maintenance with care and diligence and are always pleasant. Highly recommended.

Casteel delivers
Service tech was great, excellent customer service and took care of our issue quickly. I set up the appt online and immediately received a phone call from the Casteel team who was able to work me into the schedule. I received a follow up call from Casteel letting me know when the tech was in route and the tech showed up ready to tackle the issue.

I have used them twice since last fall and would highly recommend them. Casteel was on-time, professional, and reasonably priced (both times). Plus the technician explained the situation clearly (in laymen's terms) and also reviewed gas safety measures with me. My experience warrants 5 stars!

Took care of us.
Unfortunately my 14 yr old builder grade AC needed replacing. Casteel was very professional. The designer Bobby Loebl went through all our options, gave recommendations, but did not pressure us into something we could not afford. The installer Thomas Buttrey was great along with his partner. Very respectful of our home and pets. Cleaned up afterwards and took as much time going over the work as I wanted. Job# 6071785 5/13/13

Wish I had received the bad news ahead of time.
Work Order Number: 72117
Name: Justin Yoon
I had three units in my house. Top fan kept running even on off position so I called for service. Told I needed new circuit board. Was also told if I had purchased a Service Agreement it would be cheaper. So I did. After replacing the unit was able to turn on and off but wasn't cooling as before. Was charged additional money to clean the outside AC coils because it was too dirty to clean with just water. More problems were being discovered as time went by. I had spent $1150 towards the end and later I was told that there was a leak with a bad txv, which meant it would of been better if I had just replaced the entire AC unit in the first place. My serviceman Terry Rigdon appeared very knowledgeable and helpful and tried his best to do everything he can to help me. Having been in a sales and service industry myself I understand that certain problems cannot be found unless prior problems have been repaired, but at the end I was disappointed with their offer to just refund $155 if I had replaced my AC unit through them.
