The Trusted Toolbox

I had the Trusted toolbox out to quote a very simple job on my home that would have easily taken less than 4 hours. The appointment time the office gave me was 12:30 and Chris arrived around 2PM. Late but not a big deal as I had take the day off to get quotes.

I also had 3 other well know contractors come out and quote the job. Trusted toolbox was more than double the next highest quote. In the end I chose the highest quote of the remaining three and saved my self over 500 dollars and I could not be more pleased with the work.

I am not sure how there quality is so I give them the benefit of the doubt and rate it at 5 stars. Service was average and value was poor.

TL;DR Probably do great work but I wouldn't know because they are not competitive with their pricing.

Do your homework and get several quotes.

I rarely do "reviews", but felt this company needs to hear this. I had them out to my house well over a month ago to look at several jobs, but never heard back from them. I called once, thinking maybe they wrote my number and email down wrong, left a message, called the rep's cell number and left a message therestill nothing. I might have had good things to say, but this customer NO service has left a very bad taste in my mouth about them. I should NOT have to be chasing them down to get a quote. They lost out on doing several jobs for me - I have since found companies that actually do respond. Trusted Toolbox - you need to train your people better on how to follow up, how to do what they say they'll do, and how to say Thank You to the customer. An anti-referral is a business killer!...

I had gotten a estimate for the work I wanted from another contractor, then had the toolbox give me an estimate. The toolbox came in at a much lower price. Randy came out and worked all day and did a great job, even throwing in some extras at no cost! I am very happy with the work and price, and will be using these guys again!

The delay in writing this rave review is only due to relocation to another state and the harsh winter we encountered here.

In getting our Atlanta home ready for sale, we needed to do some repair and touch up work. Trusted Toolbox not only provided a fair and reasonable estimate, but sent Brian -- who was nothing short of fantastic. Brian treated our home as if it was his own. He could be left to do his work for hours at a time and you would never even know he was there. He even made nice comments about our home to prospective buyers as they came through.

We're confident that without The Trusted Toolbox, our home would never have sold as quickly as it did and at the price it did. We'll sure miss them!

These guys were great! Frank and his co-worker came out to hang a ceiling for me. My ceiling is 20' high so they had they work cut out for them but they handled it without any problem. They were ON TIME and called ahead which is great. They completed the work quickly and were friendly on top of that. I will absolutely call them again for future projects. Thanks!
