I spoke to Kevin about rekeying old locks at our neighborhood pool restrooms. He seemed knowledgeable-sent his technician, Glenn, who turned out to be great and knew what to do! They were working close by, came in about an hour, cost was less than I expected. For sure will use them again for the HOA work and for me personally.

If you have your door kicked in, call Kevin first!
We had our front door kicked in and needed a new jamb, handles, deadbolts, etc. I worked with a contractor first that was a nightmare to work with, and once they had the new jamb in and working (nearly 4 weeks later than planned) I kicked them out and called Kevin Wilson. Should have called him right from the start. He answered the phone, talked me through his pricing and security solutions, and was out the next day to do the work. He took his time, fixed some of the bad work done by the contractor, ensured that everything was working properly and incredibly secure, and charged a fair price for all of it. In short, he was incredible.

I needed to get my door locks changed at short notice and Kevin was able to accommodate my work schedule which was much appreciated. He called in advance and showed up on time. Very pleasant and professional, prices very reasonable too. I will be recommending Kevin Wilson to my neighbors for their lock servicing needs.
