This was my first time hiring a moving company. I was hesitant because of horror stories I've heard in the past about other movers ripping people off and breaking things, but Best Deal Movers put that to rest. From the moment that I requested a quote online until everything was moved, BDM's showed the utmost of customer service. They have great customer service and communication, calling me within the hour about my requested quote, which was less than all other movers I contacted! I had 2 brothers, Joe & Jerry, move my furniture across town and up four flights of stairs. They were determined to get the job done in the time I requested & were literally running back and forth up the narrow staircase with my heavy furniture. They were very personable and polite the whole time, even when I messed up directions and forgot to tell them that my washer was going to be stored in the garage on the first level AFTER they carried it up the staircase to the 3rd level. There were no hidden fees, just an hourly rate as quoted. They also do not charge for the time it takes them to drive to your first location. All you have to do is be very descriptive about what you are moving and where you are moving from/to. They will give you an estimate of the amount of time it should take. After being ripped off and taken advantage of by numerous different services in the past, it's refreshing to know that there are still honest companies out there like Best Deal Movers!
