We had them out to check the health if our trees recently and they were very thorough. They suggested we fertilize our trees so we did but it seemed a bit expensive.

We contacted ABT Trees due to the Kudzu rating and we were not disappointed! Recently purchasing a house with a large amount of trees that have not been trimmed or reviewed in over a year, we needed a company that would handle the job professionally, quickly and be respectful of the trees.

Lee [owner] came out to walk the property, review the needs and make recommendations. We received a quote immediately that was broken into precise detailed activities. Lee was also very informative and friendly.

The crew that showed up to handle the job was wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They drew a small crowd when the work on the very large ancient oak tree [that is very dear to this community] happened. The crew leader, Jacob, was easy to talk to, really listened to what it was that we needed and had an in-depth knowledge to his profession.

I will hire them again and offer them out as a recommendation to my networks.

AB Trees gave us a quote of $1500 to remove a tree. When the crew arrived they looked at the job and said it was not quoted correctly and it was $3800! We called the sales person who originally provided the quote and although he apologized they would not honor the original quote. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars overall is because they changed the price before they started the work. We will not be using them for this job or any future work. We have another quote from a different vendor that is much less than $3800!!!

ABTrees removed a Bradford Pear tree from my front yard, ground the stump, and topped another Bradford Pear. They responded immediately to my request for quote. They visited and quoted quickly. Their price was right in the competitive range - not the lowest but close to it. They answered questions promptly and completely. They were on site on the appointed day at the appointed time. Work was very well done. Yard was nicely cleaned up. A few divots left in the lawn and flower bed but nothing terrible. Real pleasant and polite. They have a good reputation in this neighborhood. I will use them again.

ABTrees and Matt did wonders with a giant oak that was a few inches from our house (with a deck built around the tree). Even with the closing of a large Atlanta road, delaying due to wind, and hiring a 70-ton crane, Matt was helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. Our neighbors particularly appreciated his letters informing them of the tree removal and letting the kids and neighbors watch the crane at work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal.
