I worked for Locktite for 1 week and purchased their wireless headset for 100.00. Used it that week and never before until today (11/28/12)and planatronics said it was defected. It had a one year warranty except Locktite purchased theirs I guess in bulks and when we purchased it, it was already one year and Locktite would not allow me to return their product. This was very deceptive when we think we are purchasing a product that is new and it was purchased a year ago and we have lost our one year warranty. I thought this was very fraudulent practices on their part. That explains why they have such a high turnover rate in their company. When you're not fair, people don't stay!

Great JOB
I love these guys. They have the best installers. Their installers are so knowledgable and courtesy. I even had to talk to their customer service people. They are so nice and they were very helpful.

Very Good Experience
I was quoted by a corporate ADT salesperson and it was so much higher than the quote I received from Locktite Security. ADT quoted me ($599) I had the exact same equipment that ADT was going to install for only $99! The technician was very professional and he even cleaned up after himself. All and all my experience with this company was very good and I definately would recommend using them to anyone who needs security and very nicely priced!
