We had new AC & furnace units installed in our townhome. Additionally, we had zoning done in order to better regulate temperature on all three levels of the house. Needless to say, it was a big job... (they were here for 2 days straight.) The workmen from Premier were top notch. They arrived on time, were friendly and courteous. They talked me through all the various stages of their work so that I was informed and updated. They came across some unexpected problems along the way and fixed them for us without charging additional costs or fees. I was very impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and quality of service. They explained things thoroughly and wanted to be sure I was satisfied with their work before they left. I contacted another company first and their quote was $470. I then called Premier who quoted me $250! Eric came quickly, fixed my A/C Unit, was professional, and the cost was what I was quoted. Thanks!

Eric is an outstanding service tech. He creates an atmosphere of customer trust and confidence the HVAC system has been well inspected ,diagnosed , and repaired when necessary . Premier is the most customer oriented company in the HVAC business . It takes a lot of effort from everyone from the top down to foster and implement this total customer care attitude within this company . My highest regards and recommendation to Premier . While most of these HVAC companies have such a large number of contract customers to service staff , they cannot possibly answer all calls within a reasonable time . This is not the case here . The staff is adequate and the call-out after hours plan "works", where its questionable at many other dealers.
We purchased Lenox dual fuel heat pump from Premier back in October 09 and I wanted to see how it performs in the cold weather before writing a review. Now that its 20 degrees outside, I can say we are absolutely happy with this system. The house is warm and comfortable and we are saving $150 a month with this new & more efficient equipment. Also, we were very happy with the level of service provided by our rep - Brent Hawks and the installation technicians. These guys were very knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy and respectful - everything you would expect from a service provider. I give them an A++++!
Premier Indoor Comfort Systems technician James Knox should be cloned. I have never met a more cordial, knowledgeable and friendly service person who personifies customer service. Premier should be proud that he represents there company with such honesty and dignity. Because of James I am now a full time customer of Premier. James took the time to show me where the problem was located and gave me a lesson on how my unit worked. His sense of caring and concern was unlike any other that I have dealt with in the service industry. Thanks James!!
In July of 2009, I purchased a dual-fuel HVAC system from Premier. My reason for choosing Premier was because of their excellent rating on Kudzu. The installation crew came out the next day as promised. The installation went very well. The crew finished up and cleaned up and left in less than 8 hours. The equipment is saving at least 20% on my utility bills. The dual-fuel heat is great because the heat pump is more efficient on the days that are not so cold, plus the heat pump doesn't dry out your sinuses and skin like gas will do. The gas furnace is available when the temperature gets really cold and warms the house up very quickly. I could not be happier with the installation and equipment.

James Knox did an awesome job diagnosing my problem and repairing it. He handled everything in a professional manner. He's someone that I trust.
James Knox worked on my units and did a great job on thoroughly inspecting the units and then explaining what issues he found. I never had a technician test, tighten, and clean the units as well as he did. I believe my units were completed checked and are running better due to the srvice he and his assistant provided. I will definately ask for him again!
Jason and Sean perfomed a miracle at my home. We are enjoying our wonderfully cool house now. They had to pull out the old furnace and ductwork before installing the new ducts and system. Had an issue with an appointment scheduling mistake that I had to speak to a supervisor to correct, but they corrected it the same day. The tech arrived and told me that the diagnostic would be waived due to the inconvenience and he worked hard to make sure my questions were answered and the A/C was working correctly. I would definitely recommend this company.
Initially, I wrote a very nice review. Unfortunately, much has happened over the course of 6 months that I deem it necessary to make a revision. I would like to first state that the project manager, David, was professional in attire and presentation. He made certain I understood the project and pointed out that which other company consultants did not catch. He was easy to contact and gave me everything I asked for w/o question. His crew, Jason and Josh, did a great job and immediately addressed a concern a day after the project was complete and paid for. Please note that I purchased their top of the line heating and air system. To date, I have yet to receive my rebate for $1100 as stated in my contract that Premier Indoor Comfort was responsible for. I was also eligible for their web special. However, due to an "error" on their part, I accepted a lesser offer with no complaint. Not only have I not received that offer, but I paid a membership fee and spent time completing the requirements. These are both internal issues at the Atlanta office. As for my system, it shut down twice in November (within 6 months of installation. It took a week for them to determine a part was installed incorrectly. I allowed the company ample time to work with me prior to contacting the BBB in March. The company is unresponsive and the case unresolved. People make mistakes; itís how they resolve them that matters.
After talking to four other HVAC companies, I chose Premier. They seemed to have all the answers and Josh, their sales person, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We chose to go with the top of the line - Lennox System and we are very impressed to this point. Their install team was very professional and knowledgeable. We had a problem with a steam humidifier (no fault of Premier). Premier researched it quickly and determined that they were not happy with that brand and came out and changed the humidifier to a different brand with higher efficiency at no charge. You don;t find that kind of Customer Care very often. We found Jeremy, their service tech, to be very very knowledgeable.
Our heater stopped working after midnight and it was getting extremely cold, so we called 4 different companies and they told us to wait until 6am for a technician. It was 18 degrees outside and we weren't going to wait that long. We called Premier and they sent out an on-call technician, and 1 hour later we were warm again. Mike was extremely professional, he fixed the issue in 20 minutes. I would definately use them again in the future.
