Paint Etc.

Paint Etc. recently painted the interior and exterior of my home. They did a great job, and they were very professional. We are very pleased with the results.

We could not be more pleased with the work done by Paint Etc. Great customer service from both Dieter and Katherine; they returned emails extremely quickly. They put up with our many emails and remained very friendly during the entire time. When Dieter came out to give us an estimate, he caught things in need of repair (both major and minor)-- things we never noticed. In addition to the repairs, the entire house (including the foyer) and deck were painted. The painters did an excellent job and left everything spotless when they finished. They use high quality materials and paint. All of the repairs and painting were completed in just three days. We are having Paint Etc. come out and give us a couple of estimates for things we would like to do in the near future. I would definitely highly recommend them for your home projects!

Recently, I hired Paint Etc. to repaint the interior of my parent's home as well as finish some of our light renovation projects. My father had been sick in the hospital for quite some time and was just about to come home. I wanted him to come home to a brighter, cleaner and more welcoming home.

The entire Paint Etc. crew did an outstanding job. They are not only perfectionists in their quality and attention to detail, but they are also very friendly. They went above and beyond in handling my parent's delicate antiques and family heirlooms, but still moved very quickly throughout the entire process.

I highly recommend Dieter Fiek and Paint Etc.

Overall a solid B+. For my case only, service was superb but quality was mediocre/good. They selectively outsource work. Otto(dad), Dieter(son), Kathy (daughter) team. Service/communication was superb. Every call/text returned promptly and discussed fully. All questions answered. Ely was my interior painter, nice guy but his crew left alot of drips, pin holes, stroke marks etc. They fixed it, only after pointing them out. Too many of them, gave u feeling of a slack job. Eli did my wood floor, good but few humps and squeeks, wish he prepped subfloor better. Quarterrounding kinda lazy too, several gaps and not level. Pro:They do as told. Con:they ONLY do as told. Overall good value though, pricing was best. I do recommend them if you know exactly what you want.
