Recommend Metro Mechanical for All Your HVAC Needs
Metro Mechanical proposed and delivered a superior HVAC system that meet our family's needs and budget. Their professionally trained and certified staff have been great prior, during and after the installation of our system. Now our baby is sleeping so much better at night and so are we. A Company that cares
This company is truly a very rare company. I 've been using Metro since 2007 they actually came with my new home. I've had problems with the Builders choosen AC unit and Metro has been there every time even on weekends to fix or adjust anything that was needed to make my family and I comfortable. My warranaty recently expired and it seems that my unit was acting up again. Since I have been having so much trouble with the unit they offered to give me a deal on a replacement.. I checked every where and they did! This company has earned my loyalty and respect. Keith the Service Manager Is Great! Samsun the Tech is Great and the Owner were all outstanding! The price wasnt the difference maker the fact that they didnt turn their back when they could have.

Purchased 2 central AC units for my home.
I received 4 bids and Metro Mechanical was the most professional from sales all the way through installation. Their price was not the lowest but it was by far the best value and the right choice.

Great Company
Daniel Cannon came out on Sunday to fix my AC. He was very professional, knowlegeable and courteous. In the past when I have had other companies out to service my unit, they all suggested that I replace the unit. Not Daniel. He said the unit was in good shape to be as old as it was. Also, the pricing is very reasonable. No extra charge for an emergency call. Daniel repaired my AC very quickly. He found the problem within a matter of minutes. You could never go wrong contacting Metro Mechanical.

Great Company!
Several weeks ago, we purchased a new heat pump through home depot to replace our 10 yr old downstairs A/C. Metro Mechanical was great to deal with from sales to installation. The technicians showed up a little early, which was OK. They worked hard and were very kind and professional on the installation of the new unit and evaporator coil. We are pleased with the new Trane XR15 and it does a great job. We are glad we went with dual fuel because it will really help us save on natural gas in the winter. I wouldn't mind using Metro Mechanical again in the future. Thanks!
