Great shutters. Great service.
We recently moved into our new construction home and found Acadia Shutters through a web search. I'm so glad that I picked Acadia vs. ordering shutters online and having to install them myself. Wil was friendly and professional, and his measurements were impeccable. He fulfilled his promise of getting everything installed before the holidays. Tony and Kyle did a great job installing and took their time explaining things as well.
We haven't encountered any support issues that required their attention yet. If so in the future, I'll update the review to include that experience as well.
Overall, we highly recommend Acadia for your shutter need.

Great Customer Service
Acadia is a great company! I called for a shutters quote after receiving quotes from 2 other companies. Wil was very professional and gave the most thorough presentation & quote I had received. He was also able to match and then beat one of the competitors pricing. The shutters were delivered and installed by James and John in a timely manner. Wil even followed up after installation to overlook 1 shutter; I really appreciated the extra effort during the busy holiday season. I would definitely recommend Acadia Shutters & Blinds to anyone desiring to purchase. My 30 windows look great! You cannot go wrong with such a customer-focused business.

Top Notch - Excellent Company
I've now worked with Acadia twice, and have been extremely pleased both times. They have installed approximately 30 blinds in my home, and from start to finish they have been great! Wil was my sales person, and was extremely helpful, and James was fabulous during the installations. I would highly recommend them as having a great product and wonderful people, being responsive, and delivering as promised.

Great Blinds Great Experience
The blinds are great! I am very pleased with the overall look and quality. They make such a difference in the appearance of my home and they are a breeze to clean. The entire process was a good experience. I called for an appointment and Will came to measure within a week giving me advice for the best solution for my specific windows. Tony arrived exactly on time for the installation. The blinds fit perfectly even though the windows are almost 100 years old, not straight,etc. I can recommend Acadia to anyone who needs blinds.
