Peavey installed a replacement AC and Heating system for our home. Everyone I came in contact with was knowledgable and courteous. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was right. The price was right in line with others, but their service and attention to detail make them a great choice.
I interviwed 5 different companies looking for someone to install 2 units in my mother's home, and not one of the five(trust I called the big guns) made me feel comfortable with the info they were giving me, i.e the type on unit, the work that was going to be done, and they did not perform any type of calculations etc. I told my mother that I had one more company coming and it was the Peavey Inc. The min he came inside the house he covered his shoes,so as not to to bring in outside traffic. He took his time, and was up front about how long it would take for the inspecation,appx 2hrs. He did not try to up sale he told us his recommendations and provided us with a lot of information, so we could do our own homework. That was not given from the Big 5. The rep from Peavey was professioanl, courteous, and very knowledgable in his field. When the work was being completed the installers were just as courteous, professional and my mother felt very comfortable leaving them in her home(that says a lot). After the work was completed a Peavey rep came out to inspect the units that were installed by their installers. Peavey did not rush they answered the many questions my mother had, and they also help my mother fill out the warranty forms. I can really go on about how happy and pleased we are about the work that was completed by the Peavey A/C and Heating Inc.,but that would be an overkill. If any one decides to hire them they will be just as wowed with their Exceptional Service.

A/C was not keeping up with the 106 degree temps recently. Emailed Peavey 9:30 Friday evening via their website. Received a call 30 minute later asking about our problem. Asked if I wanted them to come out Saturday or wait until Monday. They were upfront about the higher weekend service fee. Told them to come out the next day, Saturday. After about 50 minutes, the tech said that nothing was wrong with our system (wrote readings on receipt) and also explained that a/c's are designed to normally cool down 20-25 degrees below outside temps. Said that for our seer rating (13) the a/c was cooling properly. He also explained that as time passes, units tend to loose efficiency. He only charged the service fee, which is fair, and made some recommendations, than left. This is my second time dealing with Peavey and they are the only HVAC company I will call or recommend.

Peavey HVAC replaced all of my ductwork and installed a Carrier Infinity System. My energy bills went down My house is always comfortable and I feel I am breath clean air in my home the service was great. They were on time did what they said they would and I am very happy. I would use them again and again also I got their PMA program with cause me to never worry again about being comfortable in my home again.
We called Peavey A/C out to our home and they charged less than other competitor companies, and did a wonderful job. I would definitely use them again, and refer anyone and everyone to them!
We called Peavey to do a check-up on our furnace. We admitted that it had been years since it was last serviced. They walked us thru the inspection step by step, explaining everything. Turns out, our unit was fine, and needed nothing. No sales pitch, just helpful & patient. Great customer service, highly recommend them.

This is a great company to use for heating repairs! The most professional I have seen in the Atlanta area in years. They arrived on time, fixed the problem and there was no pressure to change the system even though it is over 20 years old. In fact I was told it was doing great. I was also given ideas to improve heating efficiency in my home. Thanks for the great job! I will use them for all my heating and air conditioning needs!
The guys at Peavey are head and shoulders above their Peers. If you are get a quote, you have to include them on your list. I had 5 quotes, and they were the only company who showed up on time and patiently talked me through every option in layman's terms. I'd recommend them all day long.
I got a recommendation from a friend to give these guys a call. They worked like crazy to fix the problem and get my air running the same day. Very professional, courteous and nice. They gave me some great discounts and I have signed up for a service contract because I was so impressed. Great job guys!
I experienced nothing but professionalism, efficiency and courtesy throughout the entire HVAC process. When I did incur a problem 2 months later, the Peaveys repaired the problem within 24 hours and offered to pay for any damage it may have caused. They took full responsibility for the repair instead of trying to make an excuse and get out of it like other vendors I've encountered. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who expects the best....

I had a great experience with Peavey. We purchased a new heating and AC unit. Talking with each employee, I could tell, communication is a best practice. Each were very responsive and not pushy and not entitled. The scheduling and installation went with absolutely no problems. The owner of the company came out a week later to conduct a quality check. I really like their business philosophy. They were also a bargain. I met with 4 other companies prior to choosing Peavey. I felt great about my decision and experience with this company.

I had a heating and A/C system go dead at a rental home. Peavey replaced it quickly for a fair price
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this company. Quality customer service and install. Not the cheapest estimate I received but was the best value by far. Worked well within my budget and provided quality service at a fair price! The best thing is, I have no concerns about them abandoning me if I should have problems in the future. They stand by their work. This company has worked non stop to make me happy, even if it meant staying late or following up after hours. Great follow up from all ends from dispatch to installation. Always on time except today. Called to see if I would mind rescheduling my quality control inspection today due to having emergency calls from people with no air. Joe was very apologetic. Was I upset? Nope. Shows they genuinely care about their customers and they had shown that same compassion to me when my air went out. I know how it felt to be in a roasting house. I don't wish that on anyone! You can't go wrong with this company!
