Outstanding service
Could not have been more pleased with our experience. We had a safety issue where flames were jetting outside the heating unit located in the crawl space. Ronald Smith performed an inspection almost immediately and gave us several options to meet our needs. The two man team replaced both our furnace and Trane air unit in one day...in the rain. They didn't even break for lunch. Outstanding service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

TOTAL NEW SYSTEM
My overall experience with Robert, Todd, Eddie and Allen was A+. They were all VERY knowledgeable about the system and how it works. They did a great job with installation and showing me how to operate the digital thermostat. I would recommend them to anyone. Their price and customer service were first class.

Great company and service
Everything written about Ronald Smith H£A on this board is true. Customer service is great. Greg who came out for our service maintenance not only knows what he is doing and very knowledgable but also personable and honest. He even gave me a few great pointers. Great company for all your HVAC needs.

Great company and service

WONDERFUL COMPANY AND SERVICE
It gives me great pleasure to rave about excellence. The customer service is incredibly good. From the first contact with the scheduler and administrative folks to the final professional who does the work on my aging heating and cooling system. Personable, Professional, Caring, Dependable are adjectives I would use to define the personnel. Kudos to the leaders who hire these folks. Treat them well - they represent your company well.
