Love Dr.Z.... he's the best!!
Dr. Zappitelli is the best doctor I have ever gone to, in any field. He takes time to show genuine care and concern... something you don't see much of these days. And he is very knowledgeable too. Can't praise him enough.

Deb Rutter
We started going to Deb Rutter a little more than a year ago. She is very through & takes the time to listen to what you say. The office staff is always helpful too!

Dr. Zapitelli ROCKS!! NEVER had a problem there.
Dr. Z is the most down to earth, easy to talk to, GENUINE doctor (and person as well) I've ever gone to in my 39yrs.

Moved here from MD a few years back.I have several chronic health problems & have had nothing but BAD experiences with the specialists in this area. Dr. Z was a god send to me.

He actually takes the time to listen to your complaints (and good things too..), makes you feel comfortable talking about unpleasent things, doesn't make you feel stupid for asking questions & never rushes you. Always takes as long as you need....

Too much guess work
While it is easy to get an appointment, and you can usually call to have a script called in if you need one, there is way too much guesswork. Rarely were tests run. I went in there on deaths door with a chest infection. No chest films were done, no cultures. They just prescribed an antibiotic and said take advil for fever. I called the next day and told them I already took the max dose of advil and I am still near 103 degrees. They said well then take Tylenol too. After a week of this I finally went to the hospital. Where they did get a chest film. I had pneumonia so bad they almost admitted me. They also put me on the right antibiotic. I was off work another week and now I am laid off as a result! I had been with them for over 10 years, and I knew that the lack of detail oriented care was an issue. But this was the last straw.

Great getting in
It is sometimes easily to get in here. Just don't be a minute late or they will reschedule you.
