Too much guess work
While it is easy to get an appointment, and you can usually call to have a script called in if you need one, there is way too much guesswork. Rarely were tests run. I went in there on deaths door with a chest infection. No chest films were done, no cultures. They just prescribed an antibiotic and said take advil for fever. I called the next day and told them I already took the max dose of advil and I am still near 103 degrees. They said well then take Tylenol too. After a week of this I finally went to the hospital. Where they did get a chest film. I had pneumonia so bad they almost admitted me. They also put me on the right antibiotic. I was off work another week and now I am laid off as a result! I had been with them for over 10 years, and I knew that the lack of detail oriented care was an issue. But this was the last straw.
