Freddy just came and fixed our system. He was very professional, efficient, and really nice, too! Reliable was here a month ago to do our spring check up, so they didn't even charge us for the follow up visit. I will never use another HVAC company againand I've tried close to a dozen over the years!...

I've always been happy with Reliable Heating & Air for my AC work. When I had trouble with a residential interior ejection pump, I gave Reliable's Plumbing Services a call. Izzy and Justin were promptly dispatched and couldn't have done a better job in the repair. They were on time, the estimate was accurate, and they were friendly and competent. I can now say that I am very happy with everything Reliable offers! Good work guys!

I was pleased with the service Justin Hall and Justin Lee provided when they installed our attic fan. Very professional and courteous, explained what they were doing, took their boots off before walking in the house, and told me about other helpful services the company could provide to help with attic heat. I also liked that Reliable gave me an exact price quote on the phone with no charge for an estimate.

We had our system replaced and worked with employees Katy, Mike Cook, and Doug Byrne. They were so kind and thoughtful when in my house. They made sure that when they took the temporary a/c out of the window that all the water was out and none of it came into the house. They went over all the details of what they were going to do and answered all of our questions. They did a supreme job. They have renewed my confidence that awesome customer service still exists. We had the Electrical team of Jake and David out to run electrical for a new upstairs heatpump in our old 1928 house. I can tell you it was not fun for them! The brought to our attention that our old electrical panel was overloaded and not safe so they spent several hours upgrading our panel to a 40/30 panel and now we feel much better about the electric situation in our house. Thanks again Jake and David !!
