Zerorez of Atlanta

This was my first time using Zerorez and I highly recommend them. The technician, Byron was very friendly and informative. He treated the spots and advised of an extra service to help prevent spots. I also liked that he put up barriers to prevent damage to the walls. Their payment process is also very convenient, everything is done thru their iphone.

Not only are they easy to schedule, on-time, courteous, aiming to please, but my house looks new! What a difference! Thank you!

Zerorez did an outstanding job on my carpeting. Two dogs and a cat can be challenging, but judging by the way it looks now, you would never know. Everyone would attest that it looks brand new! I would highly recommend these professional folks!

The minimum use of water and how quickly, with the use of fans the carpet dries. The service tech did as instructed, cleaning and paying closer attention to area of concern that was pointed. He also performed a outstanding jobs on the step, cleaning the risers and angles very well and thorough. He place protector at all the corner to prevent the cleaning coil from scratch or damaging the corner or angle when pulling. I will use Zerorez again and will be requesting James

I've used ZeroRez a few times now and I'm continually impressed at the outcome! The guys that come out are always on time, polite, comfortable to be around and diligent in completely the job well. My carpet always looks FANTASTIC. The one time I had a spot come back, they came back out for free. They don't pressure the upsells or other services and don't show up and claim all my rooms are too big and charge extra like I've had happen. NEVER using anyone else again!
