Concept Flooring recently installed hardwood flooring in our home. The experience was wonderful. Dave came out and took the time to match the new flooring with our old flooring. We didn't feel rushed and could tell that Dave wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. We were given a time line of when the flooring would be delivered and installed. We DID NOT have to sit around waiting for someone to show up. Dave was always prompt and so was his crew. We are extremely happy with our flooring and the entire experience of working with the people at Concept Flooring! We highly recommend this company!

It was a pleasure to work with you on your flooring project. I always enjoy the transformation when we remove carpet on a staircase and install hardwood treads. We were able to prefinish the steps to match your new flooring before we installed them so that you wouldn't miss any time on the new floors.
