I will definitely call USA Appliance Repair for all of my future appliance repairs. I had a huge emergency when my refrigerator stopped cooling. I called them in the morning and was talking with a... really nice representative, that scheduled a repair for my refrigerator for the same day When no one else in town could fix my refrigerator full of food same day, their technicians came out in just 2 hours. They took the time to explain to me the problem and gave me a great price. My refrigerator died and I found this company on kudzu. After reading the reviews and seeing their low service trip charge I figured I would give them a try. The technician has a very heavy accent which made it very difficult to understand and communicate the problem and fix. He went out to his truck and got a part which seemed to fix the problem for 3 weeks when it broke again. He warranties the part and said if it did not work, they would take what I paid off another part. Well 3 weeks later they said I needed another part that they would have the next day. They never called me back! I called 5 times and spoke with the secretary also with heavy accent who would only try and get with the technician. Should would not contact any other technician. Saying only 1 can work on a job! Ended up calling another company! I highly recommend NOT USING this company!!
Wow. They showed up on time which was nice however... the repairman looked like he had not showered in about a month. They proceed to look at my dryer and said the dryer hose needed to be cleaned. They said they had the tools to clean it. Well, he pulled the lint out of the hose in the laundry room which was fine. But then went into the attic without a vacuum or hose and after 5 minutes came down and said all done! For $120 I expected it to be professionally cleaned not this. Do not use this company! Yikes.

After a long day of calling appliances stores and researching online, I finally discover Atlanta Appliances . From the moment I first made contact with them they were very sympathetic and very genuine. They gave me such a nice personalized treatment that I am sure I would not have got in a other place.The tech was very professional and went above and beyond to meet my needs. The refrigerator was repaired in 40 min and works like new and the price was on the low side of estimate! after he left i called around to compare prices of what he did, IF they would give me a price, it was much higher than what i had paid. from now on i only use this guy!!
Yestarday I had the worst day possible. My washer and fridge died on the same day and of course it happened on a day when I was having the entire family over for a big dinner. I called USA and they had a repair representative out to my house immediately. The technician they sent was amazing. I had a house full of people and he was extremely quiet and quick with fixing all my appliances. I continue to recommend USA guys for their amazing service and continue to use them for future repairs.
Over the last five years these folks have been helpful to me for appliance repair of my electric dryer, microwave oven and refrigerator. They seem to have a good selection of in-stock parts, and they provide good advice and service. Keep in mind that while you need service an appliance you better pay less for service fee.They just charge about $8. It is worth it to have honest advice and good service there when you need it!
When moved into our most recent apartment, I wanted to keep our side-by-side refrigerator. It's bigger and I can always get more groceries inside versus the standard ones. Our manager approved this prior to us moving in so we packed it up with the rest of the house. Somewhere during the move, something was dropped or placed wrong inside of the truck or something because our ice maker mysteriously stopped working. This was a major problem because I was denied my crushed ice during my nine months of pregnancy so I was happily indulging. We called USA appliance because our friend referred us to. This place was great! No extra charge for last minute appointments and they came and worked in a timely fashion.The repairman showed up promptly, was very professional, and worked quickly. The cost was about what we expected, but the service was outstanding.They did not have to order parts, the repair to our refrigerator was completed within one hour. Their quick service is much appreciated. Also, reasonably priced considering the amount of repair and the time frame in which we called. Very satisfying!
Last Saturday my wash machine stopped working. I've called to schedule a service at 3 p.m. and repairman Misha was in my home at 6 p.m. He has needed parts and job was done quickly and professionally for a reasonable price.
This review is based on a repair in July 2013 I wanted to wait for a month to see how the repair held up before giving out the review. The reason for my repair was that everything in my 9 year old refrigerator was freezing. All my milk, soda, cheeses, vegetables were all frozen all the time. I called USA and set up a schedule and they arrived on time the next day. The repairman was very prompt at finding the defect and was nice enough to show me the issue and explain why the problem occurred. He did have to go back to their parts department and grab the part, but he was back within twenty minutes. He replaced the Fan & Damper Assembly and put everything back together. Cost of repair was reasonable, service was on time and professional, and also he cleaned up after repair. I would recommend this company and use them again for I was very comfortable the whole time they were in my home
they told me they will came between 2:00-4:00 , at 4:30 , after i called twice, they told me they will came in an hour . no thanks !!!
Our 5 & 1/2 yr. old Frigidaire dryer stopped working, and James came out w/in 2 hours to the house. He was very professional Got it working again in no time and was fair with the price. Thanks James!
I made an appointment to have a refrigerator repaired. A technician came out and told us what piece had to be fixed however he had to order it. This was a time sensitive matter so I decided to weigh my options. I told them that I would give them a call back to tell them when to come out and fix it. The technician seemed agitated but said very little. A week or two passed and I decided to get the appliance repaired. I gave them a call back and the lady I spoke to was very rude and seemed uninterested. She placed me on hold at least five times. She then came to tell me I did not pay for the $8 service call so she was skeptical about my ability to pay for the service itself. I was extremely offended and asked to speak to her manager. He was just as rude and unprofessional. They both continued to talk over me until I had enough and told them I would use another company. She then hung up in my face.I called them back and told the lady that I would go ahead and set up an appointment because it was urgent. All she had available was the next day and I agreed that would be fine. She then told me that I would have to prepay. I offered her my card number to pay. She refused to take it saying "in your case it has to be paid in cash". I spoke to her manager again and explained that our company does not operate with cash for tax purposes. I was extremely baffled by their lack of tact and unprofessional attitude. After going back and forth and being upset I decided to go another route.
First of all, I called A USA Appliance to make an appointment as I had a problem with my dryer. They set an appointment for the next day bet/w 6 to 8pm. The lady who took my call was quite unprofessional. She did not tell about a trip fee until I asked. All she could was to set up an appointment. I called next day to confirm my appointment and after a moment, I received a call from a technician named Nick. He said he will come to my house bet/w 6 to 7pm, but he did not. At 10 min. past 7, I gave him a call and he explained he was assigned another job. Then I called their office and a lady said she tried to call me to tell nobody's available tonight. There is no history of incoming call or voice message on my cellphone. Then she said she can send someone next day. Please note, I did not ask for a same day service. They had a plenty of time to reschedule my appointment. They should figure out how to assign work to technician. No show on the scheduled appointment with no phone call? Out of question! One last thing, they use multiple phone numbers that lead you to one company. So be careful.
The mechanic that fixed my stove did no diagnostic work but swore he knew what was wrong. Paid them, but in 3 weeks it wasnt' working properly and now it's suddenly a new issue not covered with my oven. They just like to take a quick buck and perform only a quick patch job.
I contacted A USA Appliance at 11 a.m. because my ice dispenser on my refrigerator was broken. By 1:30 p.m. the same day, Boris had come to my business with a working part, and by 2:00 p.m. my machine was fixed. Thank you for such a great transaction and for making my ice dispenser work again.
