Four years ago Enhance installed wood in our upstairs. Our great satisfaction with their work led us to use them recently when we decided to do the downstairs. The staff was very helpful and patient as we chose the perfect wood by taking home several samples and living with them over a two week period. Don was very helpful when he came to do the estimates as he explained exxactly what would be done in the rip out, moisture check for the slab and preparation of thep slab.
The staircase crew did a great job of figuring out exactly what had been making it so noisy for 20 years and fixing it before installing the carpet. It is great to finally be able to sneak up and down the stairs without being given away by squeaks.
The flooring crew, Rick and Junior, were very quick at moving furniture, ripping out carpet, preparing the slab, and then installing the wood. They were patient in answering all of my questions about procedures They worked the entire day with only a 15 minute lunch break and finished the entire downstairs in one day. They were meticulous in doing the install perfectly and did a great job with cleanup.
We will certainly call on Enhance again when we are ready to do the kitchen.
