I bought the LivingSocial deal a while back and finally booked my girlfriends and my appointments. We arrived 10 minutes early to find no one there. There was a letter on the door stating that the premises were closed and that if anyone should attempt to enter, it would be unlawful. I tried calling the phone number, only to leave a message and never get a return call. I cannot believe that I could book an appointment for a LivingSocial deal for business that was closed. Where is the communication? A week after my scheduled appointment, I received an email stating that my appointment was cancelled A WEEK LATER!!! DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE! They do not respect your time, your money, or you....

I scheduled an appointment for a massage on the Friday of the Memorial Day Weekend. I arrived at the appointed time, but no one was in the office. I waited 15 minutes, eventually checked my cellphone, and found voice mail saying that my therapist Katrina Jackson (the owner) had called in sick. Really? They cancelled my appointment with less than THREE hours notice! They penalize their customers if they cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. There should be some similar consideration if the therapist is a no-show. The receptionist got the owner/therapist, Ms. Jackson, on the line to speak with me. Ms. Jackson would not acknowledge that it was unacceptable to cancel a client with virtually no notice, telling me she was feeling sick. I told her I had taken the day off work in order to schedule the appointment and I would have expected her to locate a substitute. She expressed no interest in making the situation right, in fact she commented that "this is a Groupon, isn't it?" and implied that since I was getting such a reduced rate, I should simply forget about it and reschedule.
I had read negative reviews from customers who had similar experiences to mine, but frankly couldn't believe that an owner who is trying to build a business through Groupon would treat customers so badly. Next time, I will trust the reviews.

I bought a Travelzoo coupon for a mani pedi. Got the treatment including a "gel/shellac" manicure (an extra $15). 4 days later one of my nails has chipped and I called Ebony Brown, the technician who did my manicure, and asked if I could come by on my lunch hour and get it fixed. She told me she was booked up and didn't have time for me today and then she says "I have to ask .. what have you been doing with your nails?" Not only was I not given a courteous offer to repair my nail I was being blamed for chipping it. Customer service rating on this place on a 1 t 10 basis is -10 below 1.

Best NMT I've found so far. If you are looking for a massage that helps your nuero-muscular issues, this is the place! I hate to share the secret as I won't be able to get an appt. once everyone knows how good they are.
