So glad I switched companies!
Since 2000 I had been using another company to service my heating and air units at multiple properties. In the last year, things seemed to have change so we decided we needed another service provider.
We spoke to Casteel and made an initial appointment to look at our home systems which had been left in bad repair from the last company. From the start, the experience was positive. We worked with Chris on determining the best fit for our home. He was very detailed, gave us all the options available, and never tried to upsell or pressure us. We decided to have a full furnace and air unit replacement, job 72826. Our installers, Larry and Mike, were was good to work with. The guys were personable and knowledgeable.
Our new system has been working flawlessly so far, and is covered by a warranty and 1 year service backed by Casteel which is a nice bonus.
Going forward, it looks like I found a company that has the knowledge on systems and cares about customers.
