They devised a great plan to restore a creek eroded area and to prevent further erosion in a difficult to access area. Carried out the plan without a hitch. It looks great and seems to work. They had to move plants and landscaping to get to the area but restored everything so that you would never know what all they had to do. They even scrubbed the driveway when finished. Pricey but the results made it seem worth it. Brendan Smith really knows his stuff and makes everything hassle free.

Brendan Smith, the landscape designer, worked within our limited budget and designed a low-maintenance, drought-tolerant, BEAUTIFUL front yard for us. He worked with what we already had, and even transplanted some shrubs to better locations. From start to finish, it was a pleasure to work with this company.

I recently purchased a house in Powder Springs and after having a pool installed and other home related projects done I soon realized it is very rare to get honest, reliable and quality work done. After weeks of frustration I was lucky enough to meet with Brendan Smith a landscape architect with C and M Residential Services. Brendan's problem solving ability, expertise and professional demeanor was both enlightening and refreshing. At the end of the project my faith was restored in the fact that their are still quality oriented companies that do what they say, with no hidden costs. I would recommend them to anyone.

Contacted C&M to do some landscaping maintenance work. The company was professional during all conversations and during the estimate process. The pricing was fair and the work was done perfectly. I recommend them and will use them again.
