Comfort Control Inc

We had Comfort Control install an Amana unit a year ago, but after vandals punched several holes into the condenser coil, we had to get another unit.

We went with a Lennox XC14 and had it installed today. Everything from sales to installation was outstanding. Technicians Ta Kim and Vu worked extremely hard throughout the whole installation and made sure everything was operating the way it should. We have been CC customers for years and they installed our new downstairs furnace a few weeks ago and our new upstairs furnace last Summer. Both furnaces are SL280v's by Lennox. Thanks Comfort Control for the incredible service! They were there when we needed them. This company should be rated way more than five stars...

I had a Lennox SL280V and 14ACX installed today. Price was $2500 less than one of my other quotes.

The sales guy (John) did a load-calculation on my house, which none of my other quotes did. He was easy to deal with, no high-pressure, used-car salesmen taint to him.

The installers arrived today, and had it all installed in a few hours. The install looks (to my untrained eye) to be very well done. Everything looks good/clean/neat. It appears that no corners were cut in the install..I expect this system will last a long time.

Seth and Jerry put in my new unit on Wednesday the 24th and they did a great job. 3 cheers for the team.They are great at representing Comfort Control. Everyone would be wise to use this company. My experience in using Comfort Control was the best. The office staff was by far the greatest. Lisa you get 5 stars out of 5. Comfort Control continue doing a great job.

I had not planned on signing up for HVAC service twice a year, but was impressed with the work done today, and felt it would be a good idea. Ta Kim convinced me he knows what he is doing, and he works with you to make sure you understand and agree with his assessment.

Normally, I like to work with owner-operators. Same guy that does the work is the one who answers the phone. The buck stops with him. However, I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with an owner-operator HVAC repairman.

I found Comfort Control on the internet, reviewed their website, read the most recent of hundreds of overwhelmingly positive reviews (and the few negative ones), from their customers, and decided to call them.

One of our two furnaces with AC unit needed replacing. From the initial consultation, to the installation, to the follow up contact with the company, everyone, including the receptionist, was courteous, professional, listened to my concerns, and acted accordingly.

The real test came after the installation, all monies had been paid, and I had what I thought was an irregular noise coming from the new furnace. (It turned out to be a vibration in the return air duct). My call back to the company was returned right away, and they scheduled a return visit promptly. In addition, they replaced a faulty humidifier humidistat on the furnace they did not replace, free of charge.

The people at Comfort Control have gone above and beyond good customer service and have earned my loyalty as a customer for as long as I live in the areas they service.
