Female Homeowners Reliable Heating & Air is the company you should choose. The service I received was outstanding. I was in the market for a heating and cooling system. I scheduled 4 estimates and I chose Reliable because out of the 4 they were the only company that left a detailed proposal and catalogs with information about each unit. Plus their sales person was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I was able to contact the Reliable Sales Person on his mobile phone and each time I called him he was pleasant and patient. He also called me after the install to see how it went and to make sure that everything was working properly. The installers were just as courteous and knowledgeable. Plus the installation was flawless. I don’t know the ins and outs of heating and cooling systems, but I do know what looks good. The units were definitely new and the aesthetics of the completed job were impeccable. Everything looked sealed and secure. Plus they didn’t leave any trash in my yard or in my attic. The installers were patient and went over each aspect of the job thoroughly. They even took the time to show me how to use my new thermostats. The entire experience with Reliable Heating & Air was seamless. They made something that would have been difficult for a lay person and enjoyable experience. I look forward to using their plumbing and electrical services in the near future.
