I had this company clean my chimney, no problem there, but then they also contracted to fix an chimney corner board. that fix was absolute poor workmanship. used wrong size board, miter a cut the wrong way and did not notify me of a non square rain pan, which all caused the fix to leak.

We had a leak in our chimney. Every company that came out found a different issue and every price went up. Chimney Solutions came and spent time explaining what was wrong and what my options were. They fixed the problem in a timely manner with quality work. Everyone I dealt with at the company was very pleasant and concerned that I was happy. I got a call after the work was done just to check that I was pleased with the job. I would recommend Chimney Solutions to my most exacting friend.
I will use this company for any future work I need on my fireplace.

We recently had our chimneys repaired because of leaking problems. The first tuck point repair was sub-par, messy and really expensive. After a week had gone by, we had a rep. come out to look into why they were still leaking after the first round of repairs. It was decided that more work may be needed and an appointment needed to be set up. I was surprised how hard this company tried to contact me for a follow-up considering we forgot to let them know about a phone number change. Long story short, we get connected to Christian LeBlanc to work on it personally even though it could of easily been the flashing that caused the leaks, which is not their problem. We got more work done free of charge after a little back and forth. The final product is immaculate and could not ask anything more than that. If you want it done right, I would highly suggest you have Christian on the project in some fashion.

We've had Chimney Solutions clean/inspect our chimney for several years. This year they determined that our 34 year old fireplace and flue needed replacement. We sought competing bids from others. Chimney Solutions provided the lowest and most comprehensive bid. Over two days they cut open a huge hole in the back of our house, removed the old fireplace and flue and replaced with all new components. They took great pride in their work and the results were outstanding. They especially did a good job returning the side of our house to original condition and cleaning up completely. I strongly recommend their work - these folks are pleasant and very professional!
