We are putting our house on the market and had a water leak (stain on ceiling, source unknown). Brian found the source and addressed it for a very reasonable price. He explained everything and was... extremely professional. Brian is an asset of the company for sure. I am so happy that I read the reviews on kudzu and chose this company based on the good reviews - all true! You will be in good hands hiring this company to address your plumbing issues. Thank you, Brian!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
I looked up this company here since it for some reason has average ratings on Yelp and I'm VERY glad I did. I called this morning and Was given an appointment for tomorrow. It turned out I wouldn't... be able to make the appointment tomorrow and my schedule wouldn't permit another time outside of today for a week and a half. They worked with me and had someone here this afternoon! Rob came and took a look at the issue and listened to the history of what I did to try to look at it and resolve it (dishwasher wasn't draining properly). He diagnosed it, fixed it without overcharging me (gave me a very VERY good price) and recommended future replacement of the garbage disposal and told me how much that would be when I was ready. The recommendation for garbage disposal replacement ONLY came up after I mentioned it and asked about it. Very thorough, very professional, very cost effective. No up sales, no sales pitches, no replace this and that when not necessary. Very impressed and will keep them in my address book for any and all future plumbing needs!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Jim was very helpful and courteous. He arrived on time. He figured out the problem pretty quickly and was even quicker to fix the issue. He also explained to me what the cause of the leak was and how to go about fixing the damage it had caused to the kitchen ceiling ! Thanks a bunch !
I called Aaron to clean my septic tank for the advertised price of $150. After they opened my septic they called me out and showed me a little sludge on top of the pipe on one of the openings and said that was paper and that the system had overflowed. I told them I never had any problems indoors or outdoors with any overflowing, smells or anything. Not having seen the inside of a septic tank before I bought into their song and dance about how I had to have it serviced right away at the tune of $1125. They left me with 6 gallons of Endure which I am to pour every month for a year. I have the distinct feeling I've been had.

We came across a water leak in our crawl space by chance on Thursday afternoon, after a no show from the 1st plumber I called, I used a popular website to find another on Friday morning. Aarons Plumbing called me back quickly and when I stated I could not really wait until later that afternoon as we had no water she worked things out to get one that morning. CHRIS G came to our house promptly after calling me ahead of time to tell me when to expect him. From beginning to end CHRIS G was professional and friendly. Took the time to show us the pictures of what was happening and provided a quote to repair. We quickly agreed and he went to work. Repaired quickly and he even disconnected some pipes I no longer needed (the reason I was initially in the crawl space). After all of that he again surprised us by advising a discount to use check payment instead of my debit card!! We will definitely be using Aarons Plumbing for our future repairs and or remodeling.
After writing my initial review the owner of Aaron's Plumbing called me to talk about and rectify the bad experience I had with one of their plumbers. I was greatly impressed with her caring and understanding attitude. Long story short the owner showed me she clearly would not tolerate the kind of behavior I had experienced, and, on top of that sent me a check for the amount I had to pay another plumbing company to come to my house for the plumbing repair. I was very impressed with the actions of the owner of Aaron's Plumbing.

We were very pleased with the great service today from Gary Fuller! He contacted us quickly upon hearing our concern and showed up promptly to correct the problem with our shower. He was attentive to detail, professional, and very informative. He also did an excellent job this summer installing our new hot water heater on a holiday weekend. Many thanks to Gary Fuller!
Gary was quick to diagnose the draining problem with our sink. He quickly repaired it, and the clean up was perfect!
Joe was so knowledgeable and friendly. We were having some Septic problems. Called Aaron Plumbing and Joe came the next day. He was able to come up with a solution that worked with our budget and fixed the problem! We will definitely use them exclusively from now on.
Emailed Aaron's Plumbing on a Saturday afternoon. Recd immediate response with item I was needing. Made appt on Monday, installed water heater on Tuesday. Fast installation with immaculate cleanup. Estimate was comparable to major competitor.
I got a burst of shower pipe valve this past winter the coldest day. I have to shut off the water for the whole house. Called this company due to good reviews and a guy showed up. Turned out the cartridge is faulty. So no cutting of wall, no cutting or soldering of pipe, just replaced a new $30 cartridge of the valve in 5 minutes. And they billed me $252 total. What can I do, thats Saturday afternoon, I can not live without water over the weekends. Felt been ripped off, badly.
Nice person on phone, stayed in touch re arrival. Plumber very nice, professional, good job and good price. Got the kudzu discount!
The Saturday before Mother's Day we had a Main to our house burst. Aaron Plumbing was one of two companies that would show up quickly on Mother's Day and evaluate the issue. The Tech, Malcolm, did an excellent evaluation and would not offer an estimate until he completely understood the problem. He did a solid investigation and gave a very accurate assessment and price. He then was able to fix the problem on the spot. He was very, thorough and professional. Great job for us when we were under a lot of stress, thank you.
James was very professional and on-time. I have a rooftop unit which is difficult to access. James accessed the unit, and diagnosed the problem. He then patiently explained his findings in terms that were easily understandable - George
On 4/13/15 aaron plumbing came out to do an inspection of my septic tank as a 2nd opinion, the previous company that came out the day before did a poor job and tried to scare me into paying more...well George for aaron plumbing came out and I couldn't have been more pleased...his manners impeccable, very professional, articulate, polite, calming and informative...he gave a reccommendation no pressure selling...the service superb and price very affordable...and I ultimately had aaron fix my septic unit... George followed up, still no pressure to make a decision and again no overselling tactics....George wasn't feeling well the day of my repair (today) but his stand in Clark was just a good.... Thank you aaron plumbing and get well wishes to George!

In a business filled with dishonesty, they stand out as the best most honest of them all. George and Sam where professional and did their job well. They offered options on my septic tank with pricing at my request, but at no time did they use high pressure demanding tactics like the others do. I am completely satisfied, and will only use Aarons Plumbing in the future. They treat their customers with respect.

Clipping coupons and waiting for sales are a couple of ways to save money. But there are other avenues to investigate for serious savings. Start by checking out your home appliances’ energy efficiencies. Water heaters are the second most energy guzzling appliances in a home, after heating and cooling systems. If you have a tank style water heater, then approximately 14-20% of your energy bill is devoted to its running costs. That translates to about $600 a year in water heating expenses for the average homeowner. Why so high? A tank water heater is constantly heating and storing water in anticipation of shower, laundry, dishwasher, and other hot water needs. Tank type water heaters lose almost three to four percent of their heat... READ MORE »
