They replaced my deck. Also damaged my trash can and have refused to replace it, will not recommend.
I contracted with Archadeck for a high quality covered deck and they did good work. Unfortunately they did not honor their warranty despite promises to do so.
This company has recently had its BBB accreditation revoked, despite its website claims to have an A+ rating. I strongly advise you to stay away from this company!

Archadeck re-did our deck, built a new porch and fireplace. What a transformation!!! This company knows what its doing. They used the highest quality materials and the project looks like it BELONGS with the house. Archadeck was recommended by my Dad, who used them twice in 2 houses...now it was my turn. The look and quality of our project, compared to a somewhat similar project my neighbor had done last summer, is way superior!!!!! The project took about 2 weeks longer than we had hoped for but it was well worth the wait. For me these guys are head and shoulders above their competition. For what they do, how they do it and all backed by a multi-year warranty...its a great deal.
We had our deck installed by the previous franchiser and there were problems, ie our water tight deck was leaking. We turned it in to the warranty company but they turned us down for repair work under the warranty. Enter Jeff Mullins(new owner). We contracted with the new Archadeck to fix our deck($2200), they repaired the leak, fixed a couple of other things that had been done incorrectly and then went to bat for us with the warranty company and got them to pay for it. I can't recommend them enough. The difference between the workers(old Archadeck and NEW ARCHADECK) was also very evident. An owner who cares makes a huge difference. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Archadeck recently replaced a massive wrap-a-round deck or us. We replaced a wood deck with an all non wood product manufactured by Timber Tech called rustic bark and replaced our wood railings with aluminum railings. The project was very extensive and although the timeline was longer than we had hoped, the quality of the work was excellent. The deck is truly stunning and except for washing, is totally maintenance free. Archadeck did a great job and we expect the deck to outlive us by many years! Archadeck invested the necessary time up front to get this expansive deck designed correctly. Archadeck was always available to discuss the many questions that invariably come up in a remodeling project and always addressed our questions in a professional manner. Archadeck cares about customer satisfaction and they take pride in doing a high quality job. We would certainly use Archadeck again for other remodeling jobs.
The Archadeck product and service are superb. Upon completion, Jeff noticed something awry and had it fixed. This was something that we would have never noticed. That type of commitment and service is hard to come by! Although the project took a little longer to complete than anticipated, it was well worth it. We receive countless complements on our extended outdoor living area. Thank you to Jeff, Brian and the rest of the Archadeck team!
Archadeck of Greater Atlanta replaced our existing Deck and renovated our Screen Porch. Not only were they prompt and professional, their attention to detail and quality far exceeded our expectations. We obtained several bids and found their expertise, quality of materials, and recommendations to be exceptional and made their competitive price to be a greater value. Their Crew was professional, personable, and constantly kept the work area clean. I highly recommend them and already have to several of my neighbors.
Contracted with Archadeck to enlarge our existing deck. The project was designed and constructed in a timely manner. The construction materials used were first class. The construction crew were professional in demolition of old deck utilizing a dumpster to place refuse. The project was completed on schedule and within contracted expense. The project manager was in contact with us thoughout the project. There were no surprises that sometimes occur with building projects. We are very pleased with our new deck.Would use Archadeck for any future projects. Nancy & John Martin
I had been searching for a number of years for an attractive, architectural railing system to replace all the porch railings on my house. Archadeck worked closely with me in selecting an Azek railing system that met the aesthetic and structural needs of my multiple level porches. They kept me informed during the ordering and installation process and were always only a phone call or email away. They were very concerned with my satisfaction and made every effort to make sure I got what I wanted. They may have been a little higher in price than others but I feel I got exactly what I wanted throughout the entire project and that the added value is well worth the price. I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking a neat, detailed and thorough installation.
ďA deck is a deck is a deckĒÖ.at least that's what I always thought, until I found Archadeck of Buckhead and North Atlanta, a true specialist in this category. In our initial meeting with the designer, he assessed the landscape and exterior lines of the house and interviewed my wife and me to discover what we really wanted. Next, a detailed construction drawing, estimate, and written documentation of the construction process were provided. After signing the agreement, we received the warranty and certificate of guarantee. Unlike most independent contractors, the Archadeck national franchise system is able to provide this protection. Construction began timely. Because my at-home office is above the deck area, I was able to monitor the progress. It was gratifying to see firsthand how efficient and hardworking was the crew. The municipality in which we live required a permit for the deck. Archadeck patiently and effectively managed this process, protecting my psyche and my pocketbook. This is another area where the management, resources and expertise of the local franchisee backed by the architectural and engineering assets of the corporate office were critical success factors. Sol Elisha and Jeff Mullins, co-owners of Archadeck of Buckhead-North Atlanta maintained appropriate engagement with me throughout this project, which contributed to an experience as solid as my beautiful, new deck. If youíll pardon me, Iím going to go enjoy it.
Archadeck built a great porch and deck with built-in spa. I am an engineer and was impressed by the design features, quality of construction, and attention to detail. Had one minor problem 2 years later and the service response was rapid and impressive. They can't be beat and our deck improved our resale value.
Archadeck of Buckhead provided a total solution proposal to meet our need to integrate our existing wood gazebo while providing a new deck and rail design solution. They listened to what we wanted to achieve- a deck with the look of a real wood surface but one that would have minimal maintenance. In the on site visits, they showed a variety of deck and rail design alternatives we had been unaware of in the market. They offered the pros and cons of several materials and were conscious of providing the best solutions based on our budget. During the installation, Archadeck demonstrated great attention to detail and proactively addressed small issues immediately. They made budget and were on time. In summary, Archadeck is a great hard scape and deck design consulting firm. They proposed the best deck solution for our needs. They delivered what was promised and we are delighted with the results. I would be happy to be a reference for Archadeck. They did a great job and were a pleasure to do business!
I had a new stone patio built by a friend of mine and wanted an Arbor to top it off. I was referred to Jeff Mullin and Sol Elisha at Archadeck of Buckhead and we planned the Arbor together (only I learned when they get as big as my 12X16 foot one they're usually called a Pergola). I thought the price was very fair and I was really impressed by the install crew who cut the wood pieces on site and installed in two days for a great custom job. The construction foreman also offered good ideas and was flexible when we ran into the inevitable little problems where we needed to make minor design changes on the fly. Clean up was very good and they did everything they said they would. It's so nice I think you'll see it on their website. I'm a happy camper.
