I think that the level of customer service at the Audi Atlanta dealership is fantastic. I have a small baby and I needed to bring him in to the dealership when I recently visited to have the car battery replaced. I was helped immediately and my car was serviced in a very reasonable amount of time. It was extremely helpeful to have such a nice and comfortable waiting area with water and food available. My overall experience was just great. If personal finances allow, I will always choose to purchase an Audi from Jim Ellis! Thank you!
Based on my first impresion i don't recommend this delearship. As stated by other reviews sales people ignored us for 15 minutes before we were attended. The sales guy was judgmental, rude and completly unprofessional. First question that I was asked was: "are you able to buy this car?". Sales man made it clear that his time was more important than mine and he had other things to do than show me the cars. He didn't gave me any follow up information and wave me out as fast as i could walk. Worst service i ever experienced.

We brought our 2006 Audi A3 in while on a trip. We did not buy the car from Jim Ellis, however we were treated great. They got the car in, fixed the problem and got us back on the road quickly. This was amazing, we were prepared to leave the car, get a rental and pick the car up on the way home. The level of service we received was far beyond anything we expected. This VW dealer is on that huge strip of land that seemingly encompasses Jim Ellis's total domination of the Atlanta car-buying experience. I took my 2009 VW Jetta for scheduled maintenance there recently. My thoughts: -- The location, while convenient to the perimeter I285, is not convenient for anything else! (Unless you want to look at cars). -- There is no food within walking distance other than a family run cafe some distance down the road. I forget the name, but you can walk there. It's a 1970s throwback and the food is decent. It was called something like Cafe Oga. Worth a visit if only you want to experience what eating out was like in 1974. [cue: Linda Ronstadt] -- The dealer service people were pleasant. -- The Up-Sell Attempt: My service adviser told me something odd. He said Jim Ellis VW recommends getting my Jetta serviced more [twice as] often than VW pays for under the standard plan (oil changes every 10,000 miles). It seemed like a fake up-sell attempt -- wouldn't VW's scheduled maintenance be all my car needs? Surely the dealer is trying to pad the service schedule for its own financial benefit. -- There was free coffee and doughnuts in the waiting room, and the obligatory flat screen TV with the Discovery channel playing. One newspaper and some magazines. The coffee was pretty bad. I did not try the doughnuts. There was also a vending machine, I recall. -- The bathroom (mens) was clean. Overall, a decent experience.
