Everdry goes to the extremes of waterproofing your basement. Leaky basements need to be fixed at the source which is outside the house. Next time it rains heavily, go outside with an umbrella and... check where the water puddles, its most probably the gutters/roof leaking or the soil does not grade away from the house. Everdrys solution was to dig around the house and plaster it from outside which costed us thousands.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
The employees of Everydry were polite,courteous and professional from start to finish. The gentleman who provided us with the estimate did so accurately and in a timely manner. The worked was scheduled quickly. The installers were on time everyday and locked up the property when they left if I was not at home. They cleaned up after themselves, as well. My husband and I are very happy with their work and will all the rain lately we still have a dry basement. Thank you Everdry.
My basement had been repaired for flooding several times, and I needed someone who would figure out how to stop it. The Everdry fellow said he could do this, and seemed earnest and honest. I told them I wanted if fixed, and gave them no trouble over the price. He did the work he said needed to be done. The next heavy rain, even more flooding came in the basement. Apparently the water is coming in from a different place than the one he patched. He did come back to try to find the problem, but his idea of "fixing" was putting a little patch on a different place and wait for another rain. We've been messing with this basement for a year now, and the problem is not solved. The Everdry company failed to do a thorough analysis, under estimated the job, and is not particularly interested in getting to the bottom of the problem, at least not under warranty. If you have a problem that does not have an obvious solution, they are NOT the company you should call. They are not the only waterproofing company that acts this way, they are the second one I have hired trying to solve my problem. What a crappy industry. Not worth the money and stress! Definitely get a second quote! The teams showed a lack of common sense and a disregard for doing the job the right way (the first time). They required extensive oversight from me. What do I know? Isn't that why you hire professionals? Example 1: Easy Breathe installation: Technician explained the need to seal all crawlspace vents. There was a vent that was difficult (certainly not impossible) to access as it was behind a wall. The tech told me he would make sure the wall was sealed vs. accessing and sealing the vent. Initially, I agreed (again, what do I know?) but then common sense won out and I questioned his reasoning. "Wouldn’t it be best for you to seal all vents so NO moist air gets into any part of the crawlspace?" He agreed and got the tools needed to access and seal the vent. Really?! You are the expert! Should I have to follow you around the crawlspace to make sure you are doing your job? Example 2: The crew initially began digging and implementing a solution that was not what was presented and agreed upon during our consultation. After the Easy Breath installation experience, my husband stayed home to watch over them and had to stop the crew (and crew leader) and course correct before they got too far (again, what do we know?!). They ended up giving us some money back for our troubles (~10%), but it was a stressful, miserable, and EXPENSIVE experience. It really makes me dread getting work done on my house!

After two outside waterproofing jobs and one bad French drain, my basement is finally dry! Everdry came in and did an outstanding job putting in the 3 step system. There was a slight leak after a big rain. but they came out and fixed the problem. The basement has been dry ever since! Thanks Everdry!!

Everydry Waterproofing did an excellent job on our house. We had mold and water in the lower level. Everdry installed a french drain and a sump pump to carry the water out of the house. They also repaired a crack in our foundation wall and installed material outside the house along the foundation to keep water out. The crew showed up on time and worked with us until the downstairs was dry. Everdry was able to give us a prompt appointment to do the work, when other companies were too busy to even give us an estimate. Our house has been dry for four years. We have not had any water seepage at all this summer of 2013.
My basement had a leak after the installation of the Everdry System. Basement is dry now, but had to wait 2 months for service call repair to be completed.
Everdry waterproofed our basement in 2010. With all the rain recently I was amazed to see not a drop in our basement. Last year our pump went on the fritz and they were there as soon as we called with a new pump. Great customer service with this Company and that's very hard to find anymore. Great work also. Everdrys work they performed in my crawl space was done in a proffessional manner and in the greatest of quality. Everdry's personal has always answered my questions accurately and are very willing to help when needed. I recommend Everdry highly for waterproofing needs.
Did quality work on my foundation: all the employees were polite. Any issues were fixed promptly. My foundation is dry and fixed.
Less than 1 wk from service I had a leak and for the next yr I kept getting poor service(6-8 trips out). I've had two different employees tell me that they did as little work as possible and hoped for the best. Requested to speak with owner multiple times without a return call. DO NOT USE.

After experiencing yet another rain-soaked basement, I was given the task of finding a reputable company to fix our problem. The first salesman who came to our house was named John. He told us everything that we wanted to know, and said everything that we wanted to hear, including promising several services that Everdry does not perform. When we failed to sign-up with John, we were contacted by the company, who then sent out an engineer to see if he could negotiate a better price for our job. We did not mention the unsupported services that John had promised, not yet realizing his deception. A scheduling flub placed the crew at my home before I knew that I was even on the schedule! While some preparations had already been completed, in anticipation of their eventual arrival, my home was no where near ready! The men on the crew moved heavy, and light objects within my garage, basement, and utility room. They attempted to protect my belonging using a thin plastic sheeting. And despite the delays that this created, they were able to complete the job on-time! The crew that installed my system was phenomenal! I have rarely had great fortune of working with such a conscientious, considerate, and respectful group of individuals. I cannot say enough nice things about this group of young men. If anyone does plan to deal with EverDry in Acworth, turn John away, but welcome Pete and his crew with open arms! They are fantastic!

We were on a On-Call list and they came bright and early on the day they were scheduled to come. The Foreman and His Crew did everything I expected them to do and more. Everdry was engaged during due diligence of my home inspection to assess a water intrusion issue in the basement of the house I was under contract to buy in August 2012. They were initially very responsive to come out and assess the situation (dry wall was fully removed for them to investigate the source of the water). After looking at the situation they recommended proceeding with a simple masonry seal that could be done by a handyman or even DIY. The simple masonry seal was completed by the seller's handyman. After the purchase of the home, the water intrusion issue did not stop. I had Everdry come back out to take another look at the situation at which time they diagnosed it as a finger space issue that needed to be sealed. The Everdry representative said he would speak to his production manager regarding the work and would call me back with a specific scope of work and estimate to have it completed. That call never came. After leaving 15+ messages with the Everdy office asking for a follow-up for my estimate they never returned my call. I have since had 2 other waterproofing companies come out to take a look at my situation without me leading them to the Everdry diagnosis and both of them were able to correctly diagnose the issue OVER THE PHONE. Cost of repair will range between $5k and $7k. Havent gotten the repair work done hoping that maybe this will get Everdry to FINALLY call me back. Last name is Morgan located in Roswell. If Everdry feels that a solution to a water problem doesn't warrant expensive repairs, then Everdry is glad to give the homeowners some "do it yourself tips". We apologize if the tip was unsuccessful. Our goal was to only help them save money and avoid excessive work. After further investigation, our records indicate that our production manager did come out and explain to the homeowner that their unique situation required the homeowners to consult with an engineer and that this was something we would not be able to help them with. At that time Everdry considered this matter to be closed. To protect the privacy of our customers, Everdry does not retain any other records unless the homeowners are under contract with Everdry.
Service team reports timely to work consistently on job while keeping customer informed of activity, progress and schedule to accomplish the task of finishing job in alloted time given.
