Atlanta Air Care did a good job replacing our ailing furnace. Their technician tried to repair our 18 year old unit. When the was not possible they had the replacement installed in a couple of days!

Excellent customer service, very caring from beginning to end!! They explained everything, cared about keeping my floors cleaned. Very efficient and on time. Was concerned about what was convenient... for me. Office staff very friendly and caring.

Mercedes meticulous quality at Yugo prices!

Daniel was our consultive sales rep and helped us select the absolute best sytem for our needs at a rock bottom price. Jimmy and Ethan installed the equipment in a tight space and did phenomenal, meticulous work. AAC is a large volume dealer of the two highest quality brands: Rheem for best bang for buck, and Trane offering midline to higher end options. AAC beat all others by at least 35%!! Ask AAC to do a manual J load calculation to correctly size your equipment. Older homes and ones with improved windows and insulation likely will require smaller systems than originally installed when fuel was cheap. We installed a 3Ton Trane XB14 and XT95 95% gas furnace with ECM DC motor (uses 25% of electicity of PSC old type motor)... savings should be 30-40% over our 20 year old system. Surprisingly, 60% of energy cost in ATL was cheap natural gas, so the DC motor furance upgrade will pay for itself in less than 3 years. 14SEER (more with ECM motor) over 12SEER is a 17% savings.. so new equipment will pay for itself. Will add pics later.

Great overall service for furnace replacement

No complaints in any fashion from beginning to end. Jeremy Yancey came to our home and was very thorough in explaining what our options were without any up selling. Also, he was accommodating in us needing to reschedule our installation when I called him on New Year's Eve. Installation was performed by Mike F and his assistant. They were punctual (early, in fact) and completed the job in less than 70 minutes. Although it was drizzling on that morning, they were aware not to make a mess when leaving and re-entering our home. Highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for any HVAC needs.

Very Satisfied

We had a complete upstairs guest bedroom level HVAC system installed by Atlanta Air Care in Aug 14. We have now had the chance to experience the air conditioner through the summer and now had ample time running the furnace side through the winter. Both work great. Very efficient cooling and we have been thankful over the last few nights at how well the system is heating our bedrooms. Daniel Surillo was the service rep that initially came out to our home. Being a mechanical engineer myself, I can tell when I am dealing with a b.s-er vs. someone applying technical knowledge and principles. All of his recommendations were logical and were taking into current codes and standards. Mike F along with his helper was the crew that came out and executed the job. Mike was a very skilled technician and assembled the system with a lot of quality and care. He was very good about grabbing me and asking my opinion before jumping into anything understanding that this was my house. I appreciated that a lot. Overall my wife and I were very pleased with the equipment and service we received from Atlanta Air Care and will definitely reach out to them for our next project.

Excellent Quality and Excellent Service

My name is Abel Melchiore and three years ago I moved into my current residence and soon after I had issues with one of my HVAC units. I called around to several HVAC companies, but through word of mouth I selected Atlanta Air Care. They provided me options and we decided to purchase a new unit from them. The installation was quick and the service engineers were excellent. There was no pressure sells to me at all and I felt completely comfortable with their crew. Everyone is very polite and mindful of my living space keeping everything clean. Unfortunately the following year I had to purchase another unit for the upstairs. I immediately called Atlanta Air Care and once again they came through for me. Great service, great attitude, super helpful and always willing to work with you. I recommend Atlanta Air Care to everyone.

Best Price, Great Install

Contacted 3 Heating and Air companies to get quotes. Had an Atlanta Air Care coupon on my bar when a salesman from another company said "They'll never give you that price for that system, it has to be bait and switch". Well, the Atlanta Air Care Salesman did give me the price on their coupon and the system works great. Install in Aug 2014, moving to 17 SEAR system reduced my A/C bill 35-40%. (Still have one old system). Plan on replacing that soon and will absolutely use Atlanta Air Care.

Service is excellent

Service has been excellent. However, I am not satisfied with the Rheem units that were installed. I have had numerous issues with the units and would not recommend them. With that said Atlanta Air Care has always promptly repaired the units when service was necessary.

Very Satisfied

I had my 12 year old heat pump replaced and used Atlanta Air Care. I got 3 estimates and AAC had the best price. I originally wanted to have a 16 SEER unit installed but my small HVAC closet would not accommodate the larger air handler so I had to go with a 2-ton 13-SEER Rheem Heat Pump. When I made an appointment for a Sales Rep to come they came on time and answered all my questions there was no sales pressure at all. After I received my written proposal I contacted the Sales Rep and let them know I wanted the unit installed. They were able to install within 2 days, however I needed a Friday so it was scheduled for the next Friday. The installers showed up at 9am on the dot, the time frame I was promised. The installers did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. My only suggestions to AAC would be to call your customer a week after the install to make sure everything went well. In my case it did. I would recommend AAC to anyone I know in need of an HVAC replacement. * Also, AAC has a 10 year parts and Labor warranty on all new units installed. You just have to have your unit checked and tuned up once a year to keep the warranty valid. It is nice to know they stand behind the product they install and their work.

Amazing Experience & Customer Service!

I was in need of a new a/c & new furnace. I received estimates from 4 companies (including the one I had been using for yearly maintenance), and Atlanta Air Care was the least expensive by far, and also included adding a return vent and patching up holes in some of my ducts in the attic. The two guys that came for the install arrived on time (830am) and didn't leave until it was completed (6:30pm) -- I don't recall that they even took a lunch break! Definitely recommend these folks for new equipment, maintenance, and emergencies!

Great work!!

Atlanta Air Care recently installed a furnace in my home. Everyone, from the salesperson Daniel to the installers, was very professional. They were lower by almost $2000 for a comparable product from other companies. It's been about 3 weeks now since the installation and I'm very happy. I got a great product for a great price and I would highly recommend them.

Great HVAC Service

When my 34 y.o. downstairs furnace stopped working, I contacted several companies for quotes. While other companies proposed to install a 80% furnace,Atlanta Air Care offered the best value and offered a 92% Rheem system. The installers were professional and on time, and when it turned out that the new thermostat was not compatible with the new Rheem system, Atlanta Air Care promptly replaced the thermostat. This Rheem system is much quieter than the old system, and I am looking forward to lower gas bills! I recommend Atlanta Air Care.

Trapped

Called initially to repair/replace the AC - convinced us to replace the enitre unit. The air and heat work just fine, but it is LOUD! Irritatingly loud, interfering with my sleep loud, not at all what I expect after dropping 4k loud! Had them come to the house to fix it somehow, but all we got was a suggestion to buy some ear plugs or consider paying for an upgraded motor. Really! So what's next? Live with this loud unit for the next 10 years, spend more money for another motor or system at the risk that it's loud too? #trapped

Great Value!

I have two systems in the house: one downstairs and one upstairs. Downstairs Coolray Trane XR15 installed 3 years ago. However, Atlanta Air Care best value for this install: Rheem 14AJM30A01 system installed July 2014. Salesman, Jeremy, is excellent, the difference was $800. company sent wrong metal output plenum, so installer had to reuse the soft-board one until the new metal one could be fabricated. due to schedule conflicts new metal output plenum scheduled for install December 2014. This Rheem much quieter than the Trane XR15! Atlanta Air Care has a 10yr warrantee. I recommend Atlanta Air Care and Coolray. Both are good companies
