We had new AC & furnace units installed in our townhome. Additionally, we had zoning done in order to better regulate temperature on all three levels of the house. Needless to say, it was a big job... (they were here for 2 days straight.) The workmen from Premier were top notch. They arrived on time, were friendly and courteous. They talked me through all the various stages of their work so that I was informed and updated. They came across some unexpected problems along the way and fixed them for us without charging additional costs or fees. I was very impressed by their knowledge, professionalism and quality of service. They explained things thoroughly and wanted to be sure I was satisfied with their work before they left. Initially, I wrote a very nice review. Unfortunately, much has happened over the course of 6 months that I deem it necessary to make a revision. I would like to first state that the project manager, David, was professional in attire and presentation. He made certain I understood the project and pointed out that which other company consultants did not catch. He was easy to contact and gave me everything I asked for w/o question. His crew, Jason and Josh, did a great job and immediately addressed a concern a day after the project was complete and paid for. Please note that I purchased their top of the line heating and air system. To date, I have yet to receive my rebate for $1100 as stated in my contract that Premier Indoor Comfort was responsible for. I was also eligible for their web special. However, due to an "error" on their part, I accepted a lesser offer with no complaint. Not only have I not received that offer, but I paid a membership fee and spent time completing the requirements. These are both internal issues at the Atlanta office. As for my system, it shut down twice in November (within 6 months of installation. It took a week for them to determine a part was installed incorrectly. I allowed the company ample time to work with me prior to contacting the BBB in March. The company is unresponsive and the case unresolved. People make mistakes; itís how they resolve them that matters.

I have used Premier to service my central heating and air system since purchasing my home 2 years ago. I have consistently received professional and expedient service from them and would highly recommend their services to anyone. The owners are amazing, and the service technicians are efficient and knowledgeable.
Thanks to Duane and the installers the only painful issue was coughing up the funds. I will admit there was a uncomfortable moment with the repairman regarding the original unit. However, Duane soothed it over and it was smooth sailing from there. He immediately diagnosed the problem with the old unit, unlike the other 4 companies that visted. He suggested the unit(s) needed for my home and my lifestyle and comfort. The entire ordering appt took about 1 hour. Within 36 hours I had a/c but almost needed heat (early May). Thanks to Kelly at Costco - Premier hit a home run! The staff even performs the paperwork for rebates from the power co. and manufacturer.
Purchasing two new heating & air units for our home was simple from start to finish with Premier. It is refreshing to deal with a company that explains all processes beforehand & graciously answers any questions along the way. From Danny's informative consultation to Jason & Bruce's professional installation, the service we have received has been impeccable! It has been a pleasure dealing with Premier. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
Premier Indoor Comfort Systems made the replacement of our old system completely painless. Nathan came and gave us our estimates with a variety of options helping us make a well informed decision. A few days later our new system was installed! Nathan and Jason worked through seven straight hours and didn't mind putting up with three barking dogs. The system has made our home so much more comfortable. Their attention to detail with installation was exceptional - they left the house completely clean! After about 5 years jumping through hoops with other companies regarding my malfunctioning ac unit, SHANE found the problem in no time and fixed it. We had a Freon leak in the attic as we were spending countless dollars on service calls for others to repair. The price he quoted me was reasonable and overall I am very happy. We hadn't had a better technician until today. We hadn't decided yet to go with their maintenance package yet but we are seriously considering it. Thanks again Shane for the wonderful service, and we will be returning customers.
Spoke to Kelly at cumberland mall Costco and had Duane come out for an estimate. Everyone so professional and we are getting a great deal through Costco! Duane gave us 3 options for installation and explained everything so we could make an educated decision. And my new furnace is being installed this moment by two guys and they have been a pleasure to let in my home! Thanks premier heating and air.

After years of service from another provider and their less than concerned attitude, I was looking for someone else to service my Geo-Thermal HVAC. From the very first visit by Shane, who found several issues and followed up with suggestions, to Jason & Lou, who installed the replacement parts, to Nathan, who found & resolved more problems, I was made to feel like I was the most important issue - on top of their list. Even the girl that answers the phones when I call (and they are availabe 24/7) was very friendly. They are my #1 from now on!
