They are amazing! So i got my system about one year ago and it took about 25 minutes to set up. Granted i was super indecisive about where i wanted everything. When i called to set up, the person... i talked to was just adorable and beyond helpful! She was very careful and took her time explaining everything to me including the duress code. They even have a code so that if someone follows you into your home, you can "disarm" the system and it really sends out a silent panic signal to the police! How cool! They have a lot of cool features but most of all, I love knowing my dog and home is safe when im not there. I have their system with Motion Sensors and Window / Door sensors as well as the Remote FortezZ Siren and Strobe. I also have the Garage Door Tilt Sensor. We have a vacation home where we maintain power, but no phone or Internet services. FrontPoint uses cell phone technology, so I don't need to pay for Internet or phone to have really good security monitoring. We ordered the kit online, received a follow up call, great personal assistance when we were installing and testing, and the system has worked seamlessly. We were particularly pleased to know that the monitoring is backed up by ADT. We recommend FrontPoint to all our friends without reservation.

Frontpoint's initial costs were much lower than the competition, installation was easy (did it myself in less that 1 hour). I like that it's all wireless - no running wires. Service has been great.

My place was burglarized in May 2011. It was really traumatic experience. I quickly did some research on alarm systems through BBB and word of mouth recommendations. My friend suggested Front Point Security and saw that it's highly ranked on BBB (A+ I think) and the cost was very affordable, easy to install, can control the system using my cell phone, etc. I highly recommend it. Too bad I didn't have it prior to the burglary but I feel safer now. Please get it sooner than later!! Don't make the same mistake (over $30,000 worth of goods were stolen)that I made thinking it'll never happen to me. Guess what, it did!!! I'm just glad they didn't harm my pets who worth more than anything I possess in my house. Highly recommend Front Point Security!!!

FrontPoint is great in that you can add features easily and on your own time. The system can be controlled from the panel, a remote key fob, your smartphone (with a free app), or a computer. It's nice being able to check in online whenever I feel like it. The service is great--they're always helpful and tech support works hard to make sure everything works the way it should. Overall, I'd highly recommend FrontPoint to those looking for a reliable and convenient security system that is easy to add on/subtract security items, this is it!

The security system is easy to install and the people are very helpful. The system is easy to use and we love it... Overall it is a great product especially for the money compared to others.. It is easy to log on to the website and be able to turn the system on and off from it and it shows when the doors have been opened and for how long they have been open..

After getting my house broken into I was determined to find the best alarm company that I could find for the best value. In doing my research online, I kept coming back to Frontpoint Security. We installed a Frontpoint security system in our second home/cottage after a break-in had occured. We can now monitor the home remotely and sleep easy knowing that in the event something should occur; we'll be the first to know; not the last.
