What we are most famous for.. is seamless entry installation to existing lawns. The technique we use is known as "vibratory" pull and sod cutting. With our state-of-the-art equipment and technology, the installation of the sprinkler lines are pulled under the ground with the vibratory puller. This technique leaves the turf intact, which results in minimal damage to existing lawns. In the event boring if required, we cut out your existing sod, which is positioned off to the side to be reinstalled after the boring is completed. With the least amount of damage to the disturbed lawn turf, the recovery is within weeks not months.

Reasonable price, great work, answered all my questions and was very knowledgable about the job. We spent several months interviewing contractors and were disappointed by the lack of professionalism in this field -- from not showing up to inconsistency in pricing. Rainforest was consistent from beginning to end. They came out right away. Documented exactly what they would do for what price. The installation was scheduled quickly, and there were no surprises throughout the process. Extremely professional.

Joe coordinated with our landscaping company to make sure we had irrigation to our new plants in time. We had a problem with our water meter so he setup drip lines with a timer to our house in the interim. It took weeks for the city to fix the water meter, but Joe remained very patient. He came back once the city was done and finished the job. Overall his team was probably out 4-5 times for this needy customer. Great guy and great service. Will be calling Joe again when extending irrigation to our back yard.
We have used Rainfall for about 3 years now. They are fast, competent, and service oriented. When something happens with our irrigation system, we always know who to call and what to expect. We can't say that for other areas of need in our home such as plumbing and electrical. Keep up the good work Rainfall!
Joe and his crew showed up early when scheduled to update my existing/old system. They worked nonstop until the work was complete even though there was more to do than anticipated. Bill, the tech/sales person, was amazing: knowledgeable and honest. They saved me money by offering to replace my spray heads and fix heads with MPs and also do at least one zone with a dripping system. I want to save money and also be conscientious about Mother Earth and water usage, they were the only ones out of 5 vendors I interviewed to mention this and it ended up costing the same as the others. I now have a more efficient system and my water bill is already lower. The customer service has been superb in terms of answering all my questions and teaching how to operate the timer in the most efficient way. Thanks.
Joe & crew do quality work. The boring method used to install is less invasive than trenching. Rainfall is competitively priced and is good with followup services as needed. They are responsive and reasonable, should any warranty work be required.
We were very pleased with the work that Rainfall Irrigation did for us this spring. Our irrigation system needed tuning up after 8 years. They came to our home, assessed the needs, and then returned within a week to adjust sprinklers (move some when necessary) and add extensions. They were punctual and professional.

After having a couple other irrigation companies "no show" our appointments, it was a pleasure having Rainfall come on time every time. They installed numerous additional sprinkler heads throughout my yard to cover various garden beds. They installed new underground pipes barely disturbing the grown and lawn. I was really impressed with all of the great reviews that Rainfall had received from previous customers. When I called to make an appointment for some maintenance on an existing system as well as add a new zone, I was told I was really located outside their service area, but that they would still be willing to take a look at the project. Luckily for me they decided they were willing to travel the additional miles. That was just the beginning of the great service I received from Rainfall Irrigation. They were always very prompt, arriving on time. They were very professional in their approach. The service tech ran into an unexpected problem, but was able to come up with a solution. Well worth the price.

Used Rainfall now twice and each time they have provided excellent service in a timely manner with a fair price for the work completed. I would recommend their services (sprinklers, I haven't done any work with lighting) and will call them again if I need any other services performed. Billing and payment services are available on line which made things easy for me since I work and spend a great amount of time out of the country.
We have used this company twice for repair work. In both cases, the service was fast and completed reliably. They do not want payment at the time of the repair, but e-mail a bill a few days later. In both cases, we were taken back by the final price of the bill in comparison to the rough estimate quoted over the phone. This last time, the parts probably could have been purchased retail for less than $10, but the invoice showed $55 for parts. Bottom line... try to get a firm quote (good luck) or expect to pay more than what you've been told over the phone. Yes... e-mailed invoices are convenient, but also a convenient tactic of not having to face the customer with an exorbitant overcharge on parts.

Every call goes through our central office so that our service techs have a full understanding of the customer needs. During that initial call, it is explained to each customer, our labor cost, the process in which we do billing and the service tech that will service their system. As for giving a quote on the repair/s, yes you are correct, we do not provide a quote on the repair due to our lack of knowledge pertaining to the facts involve for the repair. We have given estimates in what it may cost, but that within itself is NOT the final cost of the repair. As in your service repair calls, we did our best to set your expectations of our process and the labor cost plus parts which are commercial grade.
You stated that the parts we used could have been purchased at a retail store for less than $10. As a consumer and a do-it- yourselfer, the chances of you finding what you are looking for at a much cheaper price are great. However, you do get what you pay for. As I mention above, our product are commercial grade, guaranteed and warranted. There is no comparison to what you can purchase at your local retail store.
