When the Tommy Nobis Center embarked on an ambitious venture of electronics recycling to help clear landfills and put people with disabilities to work, Bardi jumped in feet first to help. Bardi funded a radio campaign to promote electronics recycling. Our technicians pick up donated electronics from homes or businesses free with any service call.
Gregory K just came out and addressed our concerns. This is the first time we have ever needed a plumber so we had no standard to guage. He was pleasant and I appreciated his teaching about other... problems we were having that could have gotten worse had we not done some preventive maintenance. Eddie came out today to check on my slow drains. He was very nice. I expected I would need complete drain cleaning. But he told me that he thinks all I need is to use a special enzyme cleaner, which... he sells. He wasn't really pushing this but told me he didn't used to push it til he actually saw how well it worked using drain cameras before and after. I haven't started using it yet, but have great hopes. They are wonderful! Very responsive and friendly. Always available and accommodating! Also have one of the best maintenance plans out there. You have to have this company in your speed-dial for regular maintenance and for 24 hour emergencies!

I purchased the Kudzu deal for $99 and was hoping to be able to get some work done. After the technican arrived and gave me a quote on everyting I decided not to go with them. I wasted money buying the Kudzu deal. I ended up going with another company they're totally over charging customers. I can't understand how you can possibly have good reviews. Why would anyone pay you twice the amount it should cost.

It was a very positive experience. The marketing people, the project management - everyone did a great job. I know the most about project management and they are very professional. It was a very good experience and I would definitely keep using them if I can.
The plumber (Gregory K) showed up early, so I had no waiting. When does that ever happen? He did a great job fixing the problems I called about and made some other recommendations for me to avoid future problems. He had all the needed parts with him and was very efficient in getting the work done. Now Bardi is not cheap, but they have a great warranty and you get what you pay for.

Our water bill started climbing. There was an outside leak between the house and the meter. I could find no evidence of extra water, and didn't want to start digging, so I called Bardi after seeing the glowing reviews here. After several repetitions and confirmations, I and the Bardi representative I spoke with on the phone agreed that someone would come out and find the leak for $68. That sounded like a too good to be true, so I confirmed once more. Soon after the Bardi truck arrived, I learned that the leak detection work would cost over $500. This was not a good start because I knew that leak detector professionals generally charge a little over $300. While he was there, I asked for a quote on some additional items. The prices seemed high, so I declined. While I'm sure these folks would have done a great job, the rates are too high for my budget. If you're not up to the task and can afford it, I'd say let them do the work. The guy was very professional and polite. The leak detector professional he recommended came out and found the leak. I patched it up. I didn't expect the leak detection quote to be valid, so no grudge. I would be happy to recommend Bardi.

I understand that the following day you contacted other business who provided quotes over the phone without performing a site visit to see your particular situation and some of those quotes were lower than the investment we charged. At Bardi we have learned that it is usually in the customers best interest not to quote over the phone, due to the varying circumstances that may arise once on site. However, once we see the job to be performed we always quote the complete repair price up front and gain authorization to proceed before we do any work. This gives all of our clients the opportunity to make a decision whether to proceed with the investment or check for other solutions from different providers. After speaking to you, I was pleased to find that our Plumber did indeed follow our company process of quoting all work and gaining authorization to proceed before performing the work. As you know, all of our pricing is from a National Standard Pricing Guide which is designed to give our customers the final price, with no surprises, so they can make the best decisions on what they wish to invest into a solution. I apologize again that after the solution was executed you felt that the services rendered did meet the value of the initially quoted investment. Since your satisfaction is my #1 goal, we will take this opportunity to adjust the investment to what you feel is fair.
