Art Stone installed my kitchen granite last week. Iím very pleased with the service, measurements, and the install from Art Stone. The granite fit like a glove (thanks to TJ for his measurements... and the guy who cut the granite). The install guys come in and installed the granite with precision. I worked with Malinda. What I liked about Malinda was that she never placed any pressure on me or rushed my decision-making process. Iím the type of person who has to study, worry, look and look (no matter what the product is) to ensure I am making the right choice for me, i.e., I have a difficult time making a final decision. She was very patient, which I appreciated. Once I made my decision and was ready to move, she had the granite cut and installed within a few days. I truly believe she wanted to make me happy. They are very busy at Art Stone and not always prompt with responding to emails and phone calls. Donít let that deter you, just call them back. All and all, I was very pleased with the entire process from the beginning to the end.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Jen and the folks at Art Stone are wonderful. They helped us transform our kitchen! Great service, great prices, great people. Would highly recommend them.
Thank you very much for posting a review on Kudzu for my company,it is much appreciated . It was a pleasure to work with you and I know the team enjoyed every minute from the design to the installation process. Keep Rrrrocking. Mr Wellington Goulart.
Art Stone has wonderful reviews and beautiful show room but their service leaves a lot to be desired. Jenifer, the salesperson we dealt with was super nice. Taking her time to discuss options and helping us pick out a piece that would match our tile floor. We told her it would be a couple months before we were ready to take the piece and if we needed to put a down payment on it, we were prepared to do so. She said not to worry and put a sticky note on it. When we were ready for the granite installation, we had weeks worth of unreturned phone calls from Jenifer. Come to find out, they sold the granite out from under us. Needless to say we were extremely frustrated, this was compounded by the fact that we couldn't even get a return phone call. We started the process over again, assured that this would not happen again. We did find a granite that we liked even more than the previous selection. Once your choose your granite, you have to come in to Art Stone and decide on your template. This is so they will know where you want the cuts to be made. We spent about 2 hours deciding exactly where the cuts should be made to ensure the prettiest parts were left intact. On the day of the installation, we quickly noticed they didn't use the template at all, cutting through the prettiest parts. When we called to complain, our phone calls were...surprise, surprise....unreturned. They did, however, promptly charge the remainder of their fee to our credit card though.
Art Stone was such a great company to work with! Jenn helped us out so much and was always available to answer our questions. They did everything in the time frame we needed. And everyone they sent to the house to measure and install was a pleasure to work with. We had such a wonderful experience. We highly recommend using them!
Thank you for allowing Art Stone to create a beautiful space for you. We appreciate you. Keep Rrrrocking. Jennifer
Art Stone Granite was easy to work with. They were very responsive. The quality was excellent and the job was completed within one week (measurement to installation). Great job!

We were very pleased with the work and special effort Jenn gave us on getting the granite in on our time frame. Jenn gave us excellent advice on the color and look our kitchen needed. They were in and out in a couple of hours and left with no mess to clean. We love our new kichen. Thanks Jenn and Art Stone.
Thank you for allowing Art Stone to create a beautiful space for you. We appreciate you and hope that you enjoy your new addition of stone. Keep Rrrrocking. Jennifer
I had heard good things about Art Stone and am SO GLAD we chose them to do all the counters for our whole house renovation. Jenn did an AMAZING job for us from start to finish....spending a lot of time with me to pick out and coordinate all the stones for our home. It's been a long process since it's a big house, and she never once made me feel anything other than her most important customer. Her taste and guidance have been exceptional, as has the level of service that she and the rest of the Art Stone crew have provided. The owner of the company has come by more than once to personally oversee the installation and oversee a few minor adjustments. I can't say enough good things about the level of service I have received from this company. Of course, the quality has been fantastic- they see to every detail and have been focused on my total satisfaction at every stage. The prices have been super reasonable as well. Highly recommend. We love our home and so much of that is thanks to this company!
You RRRRROOOCK!!!! Thank you . I really enjoyed working with you on this project and it was my pleasure. As a designer I maintain that what you put into a big scale project like this is what you get out. You were an absolute delight and one of the best home owners that I could have possibly have had the opportunity to work with and make friends with . The whole of Art Stone loved working with you . Jenn
Just signed my second contract today with Art Stone. This time I picked out granite for my kitchen, it went just as smooth as the first project (the master bathroom). I worked with Melinda, she knew I had a budget and a time line, and she made sure to help me keep both on track. Very pleased with products they offer, cleanliness of store/shop, and overall cost. My stone was measured, cut, and installed by A.S. for $25per sq/ft cheaper compared to the "big box stores" and their's still wouldn't have had a sink with it.
We were very pleased with the process It was quite orderly and professional After visiting the showroom, my husband and I knew this was the company we wanted to do business with. ArtStone patiently offered not only ideas on the countertops for our 30 year old kithcen, but has been instrumental in coordinating the existing cabinets & tile floor to make it work. The installation was excellent with courteous & professional installers. I had to search to locate the seams! ArtStone is continueing to assist us with advice on a few decorating details for the kitchen which is much appreciated. Now when I walk into my 30 year old kitchen, I stop & stare for a moment. I cannot believe the difference the beautiful granite countertops have made! As we proceed on to refurbishing bathrooms, ArtStone is the one we will again choose! The Bradys Douglasville, Georgia
We are grateful to Jenn, Ezra, Sandrya, Melinda and Evelyn at Art Stone for helping us choose the appropriate granite and making the granite installation so easy. It was only about 3 hours from start to finish so we had our kitchen back in a short time. They took the time to discuss the possibilities of expanding our island before TJ made the template and we love the extra 12Ē on our width and length. Jenn had us wait until new stone came in so we could have a perfect match for our kitchen. I had looked for years and Jenn listened to what I wanted and was able to get us the perfect granite for our kitchen. They are all extremely busy but Jenn would always answer my emails. When she is with you, she gives you her full attention and does not take phone calls. We were pleased with the entire process from start to finish. They work as a team and when Jenn was with a customer, Ezra, Melinda and Sandrya were happy to answer all of our questions and concerns. Evelyn, the accountant makes sure you understand all that you need to when you purchase the granite. I liked all the attention to every detail. This was such a pleasant experience that I will recommend them highly. My contractor has recommended many people to them and they all had the same positive experience.
It is great working with Jennifer to get the granite counter top installed for us. She is a great designer and helped us on choosing the right color to match with our existing color schema. On top of that, the owner Wellington really knows what's the world class service. They follow through and make sure the customer is happy. I am very impressed and will highly recommend them.
Professional beyond others. Great design team that presented their ideas with mine. After shopping around, I HIGHLY recommend Art Stone before ANY other!
Simply the best! Jennifer worked to make the process of installing my kitchen countertops smooth and easy! Wellington cut my seamless countertops to fit perfectly with his expertly crafted templates, and he and Dilson were very professional when they installed them. I have used other granite installers and been happy with them as well, but Art Stone surpassed them. I highly recommend them and will use them again without hesitation!
I can't say enough about the entire process but from beginning to the end it was one seemless process. We picked out the Granite, they helped us with the faucet, matching the knobs on the cabinets to help with the tile for the backsplash. They removed the old countertops, took them away, installed the counters perfectly. Thanks for such a wonderful experience!
I had been saving up and planning for my kitchen renovation for a while. I have learned a lot throughout the whole process. I LOVE my new counters. They look gorgeous! My salesperson was Ezra. He was very patient and helped me to find the perfect granite for my kitchen. Sandra helped me schedule my installation and made sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this company especially after some of my other experiences I have had with other companies performing other renovations.
We used Art Stone Granite to redo our kitchen countertops and back splash. Ezra was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process was seamless. The quality of the products was top notch and Dilson, the installer, was very professional and on time! All the scheduling was handled in-house and appointments were kept as promised. We couldn't have asked for a more simple process.
It seems everyone heaping praises on Art Stone is focused on the counter tops. Good for them. My complaint and warning to you has to do with how they "install and secure" undermount sinks, both stainless steel and ceramic models. THEY GLUE THEM IN PLACE USING EPOXY GLUE! If that weren't bad enough, the cut scrap pieces of wood and screw them at odd locations and angles to brace the sink from underneath and inside your cabinetry. It looks like hell...as if they were temporary braces to hold the sink in place while the glue dries. Turns out they are supposed to be permanent! Permanent and ugly to boot. If you check on line, most undermount sink manufacturers supply metal fasteners with their sinks. Companies like Art Stone are suppsoed to either drill holes are cut slits in the underside of the counter top to secure the fasteners and the sink. Naturally, this approach takes more time and probably more skill. Funny how Art Stone warrants its counter tops but not its sink installations. If they think glue is going to hold up a kitchen sink with a heavy garbage disposal hanging from it for the live of the kitchen remodel, they're more "art" than "actual" craftsman. Wonder how the folks supplying Art Stone with the epoxy glue feel about their product being used to "glue" undermount sinks in place without the help of metal fasteners. The least Art Stone could do would be to use decent wood and secure their braces in a way that looks professional.
Most importantly, as Art Stone stands behing our products and our services, sink installion IS covered by our warranty as detailed in section 1 of our contract, of which EVERY customer receives a copy. Art Stone indeed does us a 2 x 4 wood brace -- BUT ONLY WHEN THE MANUFACTURER SUPPLIED METAL BRACE CANNOT BE USED. In either case, glue (more accurately, a combination of epoxy and silicone) is NOT the only thing securing a kitchen sink -- and it seems very clear that this reviewer is aware that the sink is braced. While wood bracing may not be aesthetically pleasing, it is VERY secure (and VERY hidden -- rendering the aesthetics obsolete). We are unable to confirm that this reviewer is a customer of Art Stone as we have had no complaints lodged with our office and as the supplied photograph does not appear to be our work. If this reviewer is a customer of Art Stone, we ask that they call our office at their earliest convenience so that we can resolve this matter.
